In the Partnership Agreement, the Government set the objective of improving the quality and accessibility of public services. In order to achieve the objective, the Government shall adopt Decree No 290/2014 on the classification of the beneficiary districts. (XI. 26) is planned by cooperation between local governments involved in beneficiary districts, non-profit organisations with a majority municipal influence, civil society organisations, non-profit organisations and public funded health and social services. Our consortium was established to achieve this overall strategic goal, and we carried out the needs assessment, market analysis, target group identification and the (and eligible) activities of our project during the planning period. The county area of the project is Bács-Kiskun County. The physical implementation of the project elements takes place in the municipalities forming the consortium. Development of the county affected by the aid on the basis of gross domestic product per capita (thousand HUF, based on 2015 HCSO data): 2617 thousand HUF. In the framework of the consortium cooperation, we undertake to: by implementing our project, we contribute to improving the level of skills and competitiveness of local human service workers; by implementing our project, we contribute to the development of pupils in public education and to the creation of educational opportunities for disadvantaged and highly Roma pupils; in addition to the aid received, if additional costs are incurred, it will be financed by our own resources. The main objective of our project is to reduce territorial disparities and, in particular, the social disadvantages resulting from settlement size through a complex approach, based on local needs in terms of human public services, and to improve access to quality public services, especially in the fields of public education, higher education, informal and non-formal learning provided by adult education, in order to increase local knowledge capital. The impact area of our project is the development of human public services. By implementing our project, we contribute to improving the skills of staff in human public services, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the services they provide. We improve the transformation of nationally homogeneous services into small communities through personalised services, improve segregation and improve the quality and content of public services that are constantly available to local communities, taking into account the emerging needs. Indirect objectives are to encourage non-state organisations to include services, to involve citizens in service planning.
