Development of human capacities in the district of Jászapáti

The present grant application is submitted by a consortium of 8 people composed of municipalities in the district of Jászapáti.The district is a district to be developed with a complex programme.The district is located in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, where the GDP per capita is significantly lower than the national average.The aid application to be submitted in response to this call for proposals relates to the implementation of a municipal development programme at district level.The programme is presented in the feasibility study (MT).The overall objective of the programme and the present project, in order to reduce the tension between the needs of the local society and the local government, as set out in the budgetary framework, the application for support prepared in response to this call for proposals, in line with the objectives of the Call, aims to contribute to the development of quality services, to provide support for the development of children, pupils and students during the period outside the school system, to complete their personality, to develop their competences, to support disadvantaged pupils and students in equal access to learning, the consortium consists of 8 settlements of Jászapáti district, Jászapáti county, Jászapáti, Jászapáti, Jászladány, Jászdózsa, Jászalsószentgyörgy, Jászalsószentgyörgy, Jászivány, Alattyán and Jánoshida. Activities undertaken by municipalities vállalásai:projektszinten: provide a professional coordinator for the coordination of municipal programmes and for the performance of administrative tasks; provide space for programmes for children, pupils and young people, provide additional weekly sessions, varying occupations; implements an extra kindergarten development program; select and employ local professionals involved in the implementation of the programmes; establish a system of scholarships for the further training of its specialists and to support the studies of children and students living in the settlement; organises two local and thematic excursions each year; organise at least one thematic family weekend per year; participates or organises a holiday programme of at least one week per year; its specialists participate in further training; its specialists participate in workshops and conferences and organise such events; it delegates active age groups from a disadvantaged labour market perspective to training and training. Activities at project level: Preparation, public procurement; Public transport solutions to reach programmes/occupations; thematic holiday programmes; Training of disadvantaged active age groups; Training for persons with disabilities; lectures related to Skembers’ awareness-raising; Preparing pre-school action plans for disadvantaged children; Travel costs related to professional implementers; Audit; Mandatory publicity; Reflective cooperation: organisation of events; Preparation of HR maps for human services; Technical follow-up and support for professional implementation; Use of the experts of the mobile development workshop physiotherapist, psychologist, speech therapist, family mediation. The professional offer may vary during implementation, adapted to the needs; Lectures of the Summer University.In the project, activities belonging to the 4 mandatory activity groups, as well as the development of the personality and competence of children/students for the activity group, the scientific dissemination activity group and the training of low-skilled people, as well as activities belonging to the activity group, as well as the acquisition of small-value equipment (pre-school development and tools for training, training, programmes).
