The project is aimed at building on the pro-innovation environment created in the country, covering all aspects of research, technological development and innovation and through which to identify, promote and develop innovative ideas and projects. The aim is to strengthen the competitiveness of science and entrepreneurship in Bulgaria by improving the exchange of knowledge between academia and the business community by supporting start-ups and innovative ideas and catalysing the process of commercialisation of research. The investment in the construction of UTPs is expected to improve the conditions for promoting projects that generate new knowledge and potential to create innovative products, processes and services, stimulating sectors of the economy with high value added and which will increase the competitiveness of the economy and create additional employment. The proposed activities in the second phase of the project are: 1) Construction and installation works (CMP) 2) Supply of specialised equipment and software 3) Supply of furniture of the premises 4) Supply of the necessary computer and office equipment 5) Supply of roof structure (balloons) as equipment for the sports complex 6) Development of concept, project and construction of museum exhibition7) Choosing the operator of the incubator8) Preparation of business plan for creation and operation of incubator9) Services activities of the incubator10) Creation of a model voucher system11) Construction of a software platform for shared use of equipment12) Patents, licensing and certification procedures13) Establishment of a database for the scientific infrastructure14) Organisation of advertising campaigns15) Preparation of specific scientific analyses16) Establishment and maintenance of the website17) Provision of security of the park18) Implementation of legal advice19) Project organisation and management (remuneration)
