The main objective of the project proposal is to define through joint actions of social partners the specific levels of digital skills needed by employees in their work, as well as to support their acquisition in accordance with the developing digital technologies in different sectors of the Bulgarian economy.The project groups are employees (employees and self-employed) and employers.The project proposal includes the implementation of nine interconnected activities:1. Research and analysis of digital skills needs by economic sector based on the developed methodology 2. Development, testing and validation of unified digital skills profiles in key positions and/or occupations3. Testing the current skills of the workforce by sector with digital competence assessment tools developed for this purpose4. Preparation of learning content/development of non-formal learning programmes for the development of specific digital skills5. Pilot testing of learning content for the development of specific digital skills in key positions and/or occupations 6. Development and adoption of sectoral qualifications frameworks for digital skills development. Adaptation and updating of frameworks, if necessary 7. Development of methodological guidelines for maintaining and upgrading the digital skills of sector workers to provide continuous training8. Raising employers‘and employees’ awareness of the need to develop digital skills9. Development of models of social partnership and collective bargaining in enterprises Activities will be implemented jointly by teams of the Candidate and the Partners (KT Podkrepa and MLSP).The expected results are the formation and improvement of specific professional digital skills of employees, as well as adaptation of employers to the ongoing changes in terms of human resources management.
