“Chugunoleene Parvomay” AD is an enterprise which operates in sector C24, which is among the sectors with high energy intensity. The company produces castings of various metals, but its activities do not include the production of steel and cast iron. In order to improve its competitiveness, the company plans to implement under this project a number of key energy-saving measures that will contribute to the expansion of the company’s activities and reduce the energy consumption of the company by purchasing new equipment, thereby increasing the production capacity of the company and improving its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce highly efficient, energy-saving machines to expand the production of metal. The new machines will significantly reduce the deadlines for execution of orders due to significantly higher production capacities, which allow to produce more production in a shorter time and with lower energy consumption, will reduce marriage, leading to an expansion of the production volume of the main products of the company.The following activities are foreseen:1) Purchase of production machines:- High-tech production line for blocks and castings — 1 pcs. — Recycling system for raw material (sand) — 1 pcs. — Recovery system waste heat — 1 pcs. — Automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption — 1 2) Introduction and certification of an energy management system, standard BDS EN ISO 50001/EN ISO 50001;3) Financial audit 4) Project publicity and visualisation activities; The commissioning of the new high-tech equipment for the production of products will achieve higher productivity, lower specific energy consumption, high quality of the final product, minimised marriage and improved safe working conditions.
