In the framework of the tender, our company plans to purchase two production lines, with which significant technological modernisation is carried out. 1. Snowblowing Snow Cutting Product For Continuing Finishing Automatic Press and Transmission Robot. (a product not yet suitable for final use), which produces from semi-finished products according to a specified schedule, the Otek (253/1997. (XII. 20) snow cutting products (in accordance with Government Decree No 20/2001). Speed of the machine: 50 pcs/min, 2 000 000 pcs/year The operation is done in such a way that the operator inserts the snow cutting product, which is pulled in by an automatic during the pressing phase. Pressing is a tool unit made with replaceable jaw, in which the pressing length can be changed as required. After pressing, the device discards the product automatically in order to prevent human hands from getting into the fast workflow. Robot arms then rotate and select the elements at the machine’s speed. The machine is electronically controlled. The machinery is surrounded by a protective fence in accordance with EU standards. Result 3: Caadex Ltd can become a full supplier of any large company that distributes roof systems, thereby significantly strengthening its market position and increasing its turnover. 2. 333 sizes of external and internal gutter corner production tools according to DIN standard: a series production device made of several elements, which means a line with the deep drawing and cutting of thin plate. The various production lines were checked, the manufacturers were consulted, and the request for quotation was made. In the use of the technology to be used, our employees already have proficiency, we provide further training.
