Our headquarters and our main production unit are located in Mindszentgodisa, Baranya County. This is one of the most remote areas in the country. According to our plans, we will build our new plant in Komló, knowing that the production of iron and metal structures in former mining towns is close to people. Currently, a lot of employees travel with our own passenger vehicles, and our surveys show that there are additional employment opportunities (even with training). Based on the pre-development market research and the growing orders of our existing partners, we can significantly increase the number of our employees. On the other hand, by building a modern, modern plant, we can make our production processes more cost-effective. Within the framework of the project, a complex, pre-considered crane and logically located building group will be built. The asphalt road from the road leads to the factory buildings, in which the weighing scale is able to measure and monitor the mass at the price of inputs, thus checking the raw materials, then offices, social block and hall systems are used for the employees and manufacturing activities. The halls will be placed close to each other in large and transparent airspace with crane systems suitable for material handling. At the end of the halls there is a separation building, where the crane enters from each hall, which a transverse crane accepts for lateral product handling. In the buildings, the production line specified in the present aid application, as well as other production equipment (laser cutter, edge bending, drill milling, bending robot) to be procured from own resources, will be equipped with connection points for operation, as well as tempering devices necessary to ensure the working temperature. In connection with the planned development, a solar system for the production of renewable energy will be installed in the new hall buildings to meet the company’s own energy needs. Funnel estuary truncated production line: the missing element of our existing product line, currently purchased from an external company. By purchasing the machine, we can replace subcontracting and provide all components of the entire gutter system from our own production. We can assume full manufacturer’s responsibility for each element of the complete gutter system. The production line to be procured can be connected to the IPAR 4.0 intelligent production management system as described in our pending GINOP-3.2.2-8.4,4-16 support application, controlled by PLC.
