CAADEX Ltd. is a metalworking company. Two main profiles: 1. Manufacture of steel structures, its on-site installation in construction, 2.professional rain channel systems manufacture, distribution and installation. At the heart of our development strategy is the application of Industry 4.0 solutions, robotisation and automation. The role of automation and innovation in the life of the company has gradually increased in recent years. This is reflected in our application concept. In recent years, the group has also won and implemented several successful prototyping and research and development tenders. Our planned developments in the Hungarian Multi Programme are also linked to previous winning applications, but only include project elements not included in other applications. The activities planned under this call are: a) We would like to purchase new production equipment: 1. in connection with our research and development project, the machines for the production of “smart” rack and its attachment (these devices: production line for the production of smart stand, scaffolding element manufacturing tools, press tools, welding templates, edge bending machine for crane serving the edge bending machine), 2. to increase the capacity of our existing equipment park, to improve efficiency 1 pcs electric and 1 pcs gas-fired forklift, 1 pcs oil lubricating compressor. C) Informatics development: in order to apply the modern manufacturing environment, Industry 4.0 solutions, we intend to acquire hardware devices at our site in Mindszentgodisa to operate production and production management systems. D) Use of advice: development of the management of the company through qualified consultants 1.b) Consulting related to intelligent production management and corporate management, 1.a) Consulting related to production optimisation and automation, and 3.c) Corporate financial consulting in thematic areas. With the complex development of the Hungarian Multi Program, the use of our sites with state-of-the-art infrastructure is increasing, and the company’s equipment is improving both in its technology and in its capacity. The IT tool development helps the company to use Industry4.0 solutions. By using personalised advice, individual development and long-term sustainable growth of the enterprise can be ensured. This project will make it significantly easier for us to bring existing and newly developed products to the export market. Our high added value products can be competitive with Western European customers.
