The grant application was clearly and precisely designed to fully meet the objectives of the Call. It accurately maps the tasks and professional requirements set out in the Call in each of its tasks and responsibilities. The implementation of the objectives of the Call will be described in detail in the attached Feasibility Study. The Innovative Training Support Centre (IKK) was established to assist in the development of digital competences and to support the acquisition of usable and modern skills that are valuable in the domestic labour market. The IKK participates in an innovative way in achieving the objective of making Hungary one of the winners of the fourth industrial revolution. The aim of the IKK is to support the participation of all people in the labour market of the digital future, from young careers to employers, to those who change their professions. The IRC shall work with its own means to achieve the above objectives in the following areas: 1. Supporting young people’s career choices in order to find the profession in which they can make good use of their strengths, be of interest to them and provide a secure livelihood. 2. Support the development of more practical and attractive vocational training, with criteria for: • acquiring usable skills that are valued on the market and for which a worker can receive a competitive salary; • developing digital competences because the digital future has already begun; • involving more and more companies in the education of students so that training is more practice-oriented and gives the opportunity to acquire a suitable job while acquiring modern technologies. 1. Promoting lifelong learning in response to changing economic needs and making high-quality digital training widely available. 2. Support effective career transitions and transitions in line with labour market and economic needs, as well as individual experiences and competences.
