Support for on-the-job training courses for workers in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises

The objectives of the call are achieved by improvements that support the development of the training needs of business organisations, taking into account the specificities of the sector, ensuring the appropriate quality and follow-up of the courses provided by businesses. The provision of advisory services contributes to all stages of the process to support trainees’ advancement. Raise employers’ awareness, in particular with regard to digital skills in a professional environment. The long-term objective of the project is also to support disadvantaged jobseekers and inactive people in the labour market. Among the problems that inducing development, it is of utmost importance that the chances of employees working in SMEs to participate in training fall short of those of the employees of large companies. The direct target group of the project is micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises, who are GINOP-6.1.5-17; GINOP-6.1.6-17 and GINOP-6.1.8-17 are eligible for funding on the basis of calls for funding. The indirect target group is the group of persons who are not direct users of the results of the grant application but who, through complex mechanisms, influence their situation by the results and effects of the grant application. The organisation applying for the grant works in the form of a consortium. This means that the NRA, which has the necessary professional experience to achieve the objectives of the call in the fields of monitoring, qualification, skills detection, evaluation of adult training, is the leader of the consortium. The members of the consortium are MKIK and NGM PMMf. MKIK’s professional organisation, competence and regional chamber network can involve entrepreneurs who can be involved in the development of the targeted workforce. The working professional organisation performs quality assurance of professional processes by NGM PMMf. In order to ensure an effective and high-quality implementation of the project, human resources are planned in accordance with the complete availability of know-how for planning and implementation in all areas. Human resources with relevant professional experience required for the implementation of the project are provided by the staff involved in the preparation and implementation of the project, the project management and some of the professional implementers involved in the preparation and successful implementation of several priority projects, as well as international projects. Some institutional workers are involved in the professional implementation of the activities. In the case of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in addition to experienced internal staff, external staff with appropriate experience and competence will be involved. The project manager has both project management, economics, general management, procurement qualifications and experience. Over the past 15 years, he has managed various adult education and European Union projects as middle and senior management, procurement of outstanding scales. It has coordination and organisational skills, as well as management, problem-solving and decision-making experience. He is a rule-compliant, creative, flexible manager with quality management experience in auditing and monitoring. Based on his experience in the competitive sphere, he is well suited to developing joint thinking and forward-looking cooperation with the leaders of both SMEs and multinational enterprises. The financial manager has nearly 10 years of experience in financial management in EU projects. Economic and legal knowledge is outstanding, has excellent problem-solving, coordinating and management skills. It is capable of analysis, evaluation, ability to propose amendments and to deal with problematic situations. It is characterised by system approach, cooperation skills, organising skills, precision. The financial management, financial planning and financial risk management of the project are part of its organising and monitoring activities. The professional manager also has 9 years of professional experience in European Union projects. Her theoretical and practical knowledge of vocational education and training and her experience in dealing with businesses are outstanding. There are years of experience in the full coordination of the professional activities of the projects. His competences include: management experience, coordination, organizational, managerial, problem-solving and decision-making skills, logical thinking, controlling ability, creativity, flexibility, lecturer ability, confidence, project management methodological knowledge. Higher education, coordination, organizational, professional problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, logical thinking, control skills, flexibility are required to perform the activity.
