Young people want a job that they like to do, which pays well, which provides a reliable basis for their planned life. To do this, we need to learn a lot, and if we want to achieve the goal when we are young, we need to be talented and take a good career early. Society expects satisfied citizens who meet common needs and are able to achieve the goals. These tasks are very diverse and many important activities are underestimated. The reason for this is often due to misconceptions or outdated education. Our education system meets these expectations and objectives with more or less success, but the most important challenges arising from the above have to be addressed now, as labour market expectations are becoming less and less met by labour supply. The Zalaegerszeg Vocational Training Centre is happy to start on this project, as all the project’s target areas are fully consistent with our professional creed. The Zalaegerszeg Vocational Training Centre has a vocational training institution in three cities in Zala County: Six in Zalaegerszeg, three in Keszthely and one in Lenti. The ten member institutions are currently operating on seventeen sites. The management organisation of the centre operates at the premises of one of the vocational training institutions, in the building which previously hosts the organisation of the TISZK. The vocational training offer of vocational training institutions is adapted to the needs of large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions operating in the county. In addition to day-to-day training, there is also a significant number of participants in adult education and adult education. Classrooms, labs, cabinets and workshops for theoretical and practical education are available in the member institutions. Unfortunately, the quality of these instruments does not always reach a level that meets today’s requirements, and it would therefore be necessary to continuously improve them. In the member institutions, in addition to day-based training, we also deal with adult education and adult education. We offer a wide range of vocational grammar and vocational secondary school courses in health, social services, education, mechanical engineering, electrical electronics, IT, architecture, light industry, wood industry, transport, economics, administration, commerce-marketing, business administration, hospitality tourism, other services, food industry and law enforcement, national defence and public service. In recent years, our students at national professional study competitions, public knowledge and sports competitions have achieved significant results. At the 10 member schools of the Zalaegerszeg Vocational Training Centre, the statistics of 1 October 2016 show 635 teachers and 5,312 students studying in the daytime and evening systems. That’s the target group. The implementation of the activities is basically envisaged within the organisation of the Vocational Training Centre. The reasons for this are as follows: • The main objectives of the project — increasing the number of people enrolled in vocational training, reducing drop-outs, and nurturing talent — can be achieved in the most efficient and cost-effective way with the help of the organisation’s teachers, as our teachers know the students best, their current problems and their trust. • They have good suggestions, ideas and ideas to achieve the goals • With the right training, they become the best experts in the problem field with regard to sustainability. The Zalaegerszeg Vocational Training Centre has established a professional team of 14 people for the GINOP-6.2.3-17 project. Its members are experienced educators appointed by the member schools, who are already involved in early school leaving, and are headed by Lívia Kónyané Tömpe, project manager Attila Makovecz and financial manager József Ferencz. The task of the team is to develop in detail the mandatory activities of the project, taking into account the measurable assessment of the results. As a result of the fact that the applicants are primarily teachers of the institution, we see that the results of the development are automatically incorporated into our organizational culture. Our activities are mutually reinforcing and implemented in a system with each other. Our aim is to make our member institutions a learning organisation, and individuals and groups are constantly prepared to change change. The remuneration of the work was planned as a commission fee with a gross hourly fee of 3 000 HUF. As a result of the development, we expect a significant improvement in the learning outcomes in the study groups. Through professional excursions and exchange of experience, we can pass on new professional challenges and a more modern professional approach to those preparing for the exam. Last but not least, we are reducing drop-out below the national average.
