Within the framework of the project, the planning works for the development of the Free Harbour, the related feasibility study and the preparation of land and investment are carried out as preparatory activities. The preparatory tasks for the development of the free port infrastructure include feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, preparation of permit and tender plans, and the necessary area and investment preparation tasks (e.g. demunition, archaeology). The capacity-enhancing development of the free port of Csepel includes the next phase of the development process started with the previous KÖZOP project. This concerns a number of transport infrastructure elements within the port. However, this only involves the development of infrastructure within a fence. The developments to be processed in the preparation activity can be broken down into 4 types: 1 water side improvements • 1.1.
