Development OF THE HEALTH COMMUNITY of the Hungarian Defence Forces _x000D_CATTER HEALTH APPLICATION FOR THE MANGARY SYSTEMS _x000D_ _x000D_

The Hungarian Defence Forces are obliged by law to contribute to catastrophe protection tasks. The Hungarian Defence Forces, primarily in the interest of contributing to the protection of disasters at levels requiring the cooperation of the intervening bodies, has its own task-oriented, temporary operation, based on its existing forces and assets (hereinafter referred to as: (Hkr) maintain. The forces and assets of the HKR cannot be transferred in accordance with the relevant legislation, and in any case they perform their tasks under military control, so the Hungarian Defence Forces have an autonomous disaster management organisation capable of performing complex tasks, which can perform its tasks in almost any circumstances without external logistical and technical support. The technical equipment, equipment and personal protective equipment currently used for disaster management assistance are continuously amortised. One of the natural disasters is the floods on our large rivers, which often occur and require the greatest co-operation and an extensive system of control tasks. During flood protection, the health risks of the intervening population and the population differ significantly from the normal period. The lesions and infections are increased. Indirect health effects such as chemical impurities, pollutants released from ruins and debris (e.g. asbestos). In addition to the direct effects of climate change (such as the effects of heat waves, floods, deaths caused by storms, injuries) indirect effects appear: the occurrence of vector-induced applications (e.g. mosquitoes), water quality, air quality, availability and quality of food. Current health impacts depend to a large extent on local environmental conditions, socio-economic conditions, technology and adaptation steps to reduce the risk of health damage. In Hungary, we can expect infections involving the risk of a health crisis and a NER event, and non-endemic epidemic diseases in Hungary. The targeted development of the disaster response capabilities of the Hungarian Defence Forces in the area of the call, coordinated with the organisations involved in the defence, supports the 5. contributing to the achievement of the results set out in the Thematic objective “Promoting climate change adaptation, risk prevention and management”, the Partnership Agreement and thus the Environment and Energy Efficiency Operational Programme, will contribute to the development of higher-quality disaster management activities to increase the safety of people and property. In the management of health crises, the staff of the MH Health Centre is the first responder both in the provision of health care by the own forces and in the care of the civilian population. Modular disaster health capacity is of paramount importance to complete the stockpiles of the State Health Reserve and to provide its own intervention forces, but it is also able to build a special situation, the mobile epidemiological lockdown. Increasing the efficiency of HKR health intervention teams increases the efficiency and compatibility of the system as a whole. With the development, the Hungarian Defence Force maintains its current medical capabilities used during disaster management interventions, expands their capacity and enriches new capabilities, thereby contributing to the development of the capabilities of the national disaster management system. Disaster health capacity meets the requirements of effective cooperation with partner bodies. As a result of the development, the disaster response capacity of the Hungarian Defence Forces will be improved, new capabilities will be added, and will contribute to the development of higher quality disaster management activities to increase the safety of the population and property.
