FTC Liget II. supply center complex energetic modernisation

The plot is located on 1101 Budapest, Vajda Péter u. 7., 38442/12. The building energy quality of the buildings concerned is inadequate and its current energy use is excessive and wasteful. As a result, the project aims to improve the energy efficiency of buildings in order to meet the requirements laid down in Decree No 7/2006 of the Minister for National Development (TNM), as well as to ensure efficient and efficient operation of buildings, reducing primary energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Planned construction modernisation and renovation works may be carried out on the basis of non-licensable activities and construction documentation. The following technical content will be implemented during the modernisation: — façade thermal insulation — flat roof thermal insulation — replacement of doors and windows — mechanical upgrading — installation of a solar panel system In the course of the renovation of the building, the heat loss of the building is reduced as a result of the thermal insulation of the building and the continuation of partial replacements of doors and windows. In the framework of the heat centre boiler replacement, new heat generating equipment will be installed after the dismantling of existing boilers, significantly reducing the peak gas consumption scaling demand.
