BHSE Athletics building and shipyard island complex energy modernisation of Kayak-Kenu plant

The 1134 Budapest, Dózsa György út 53. Hrv. The so-called “Athletics building” on 27999 plots is located on the north-east side of the area bordered by Dózsa György út-Lehet utca-Tüzér utca-Csángó utca, the existing BHSE sports complex, parallel to Csángó Street. The Athletics Building consists of three parts with a distinct function. Service rooms (2 floors) 2. Work hall (1 level 7.10 m useful height) 3. Running Corridor (1 level) During the renovation works previously carried out in the building, the doors and windows of the ‘service rooms’ and ‘work hall’ sections were replaced earlier, and the heating heat outlets and access lines of these parts of the building were replaced. The thermal center was not affected by the renovation. The service rooms were given a new, mechanical ventilation system. The running corridor received neither architectural nor mechanical refurbishment. During the modernisation of the athletic building, the following technical content will be implemented: — facade thermal insulation — replacement of doors and windows — insulation of flat roof — construction of a heat-reduced ventilation system — modernisation of lighting 1134 Budapest, Shipyard Island Hrsz.: The year of construction of the “Kayak-Kenu” building on plot 23796/29 is 1950. Two-storey, consisting of a ground floor and a largely built-in attic. The unheated parts of the loft are designed for the installation of air-technical equipment, they do not have any other functions. Last year, the building was partially refurbished, in which most of the ground floor was replaced with doors and interiors. Some of the rooms were given a different function. The building will continue to operate as a sports facility. The rooms are partly intended for training and preparation, as well as social and changing rooms serving them. On the ground floor there is a buffet and heating kitchen that serves the needs of athletes by operating during the training period. Built-in plastic doors and windows meet the requirements of Decree No 7/2006 (V.24.) TNM. In the parts not affected by the renovation, there was no replacement of doors and windows, which are in bad condition, with unsealed wooden frames, one or two or three-wing windows are currently installed. On the floor, wooden framed roll-out windows (top windows) are installed in the central tract, and a roof window on the rest of the roof structure (dog house) has been installed. The standing skylight is actually a roof superstructure, rising from the roof plane. The traditional way to illuminate the attic is that it appears in a vertical plane as a window of any shape, mostly surrounded by roofing. During the examination of the layers, we could not find insulation in the roof structure, the planks above the standing roof window, nailed to rafters, are rotten, in some places transparent and thermally improved. It was only possible to establish the other layers of the building in part. Due to the partial absence of plaster, the layers of the outer wall structures could be established with great precision. There was no possibility of excavating the floors and floor structures, which we concluded on the basis of the data provided by the Customer and the signs of the construction methods typical of the period. During the renovation of the kayak-canoe building, the following technical content will be implemented: — façade thermal insulation — Replacement of doors and windows — installation of heat-reduced ventilation — heating upgrade — installation of a solar panel system
