BHSE Combined Building and Expiring Room and Complex Energy Modernisation of Vasas Ice Centre

The 1134 Budapest, Dózsa György út 53. Hrv. The so-called “Combined Building” on 27999 plots is located on the northwest side of the sports complex along Csángó Street. The combined building consists of 3 main parts, such as gymnastics hall, lobby and Basketball hall. In the current state of the examined combined building, JJ was rated as energy (highly bad). During the renovation of the combined building, the following technical content will be implemented: — Thermal insulation of roof structure (replacement of sandwich panel) — construction of solar system — Modernisation of heating and HMV system — Modernisation of lighting A 1134 Budapest, Dózsa György u. 55. HSZ.:27913/1 plot of the Synagogue (BHSE Curtain Hall) was built in 1906 based on the plans of Lipót Baumhorn. Conservation classification: it’s a monument. The savior of the building, which was in a life-threatening condition by 1977, finally became the Budapest Honvéd Sports Association: In 1984, the building was purchased and refurbished and refurbished for a gym. With the design of László Benczúr, the huge interior was divided into two tray-like roofs (which can be demolished on demand without damage to the building), thus gaining three levels for the new function. Due to historic protection, energy efficiency upgrades are limited to window modernisation and mechanical upgrading. The outer walls cannot be insulated, the roof structure cannot be modified. On the floor, wooden framed roll-out windows (top windows) are installed in the central tract, and a roof window on the rest of the roof structure (dog house) has been installed. The standing skylight is actually a roof superstructure, rising from the roof plane. The traditional way to illuminate the attic is that it appears in a vertical plane as a window of any shape, mostly surrounded by roofing. During the examination of the layers, no insulation was found in the roof structure, the planks above the standing roof window, nailed to rafters, are rotten and need to be repaired from a transparent, thermal point of view. During the renovation of the Synagogue (BHSE Outdoor) building, the following technical content will be implemented: — Replacement of doors and windows — Installation of thermal ventilation at 1046 Budapest, Homokt buckthorn u. 1. RD: The “Ice Centre” building on plot 76561/221 has served all the ice sports since its handover in 2003, a multifunctional institution that operates continuously in winter and summer. Surface area of the building involved in the development: 4 689.9 m². In 2003, a semi-hermetic liquid cooler was installed to cool the ice rinks. The cooling device cools the glycol-water mixture and cools the tracks. On the side of the liquid cooler condenser they circulate glycol-water coolant, which is cooled with air. Within the building 2 standard 30x60 m ice rinks have been built, i.e. 1 800 m² ice rink. One is the Coach Course, the other is Center. The Center track is located in a larger hall space, two sides with bleaches suitable for about 2,000 persons and a corresponding 16 m headroom. The head height of the Coach track is about 6 m, there are no bleachers here. The Training Course was subsequently internally insulated and was equipped with an internal wall heating system. Cooling compressors have an evaporative performance of -12 °C and a condensation temperature of + 45 °C of 126 kW/piece, so the total power of the machines is 504 kW. This condensation temperature is the scaling temperature. The planned evaporative temperature of -12 °C (taking into account the data of the circulating pump) is suitable for maintaining an intermediate medium temperature of -7,5/-4.8 °C, which may be just suitable for maintaining the level for ice rinks. During the modernisation of the Vasas Icecentrum building, the following technical content will be implemented: — Replacement of liquid cooling equipment and related auxiliary mechanical installations — Installation of a solar panel system
