The Evangelical Church of Hungary wishes to develop its social institutions during this tender in order to enable them to operate economically and to reduce the environmental pressure through the use of renewable energy. The project will involve the energy modernisation of the Evangelical Charity Service in Békéscsaba, the Evangelical Pension of Kondoros and the Evangelical Love Home of Kőszeg. The planned investments are detailed below. Békéscsaba Evangelical Love Service The exterior facades of the building are thermally insulated with EPS thermal insulation system 15 cm according to the size of the various wall structures, the plinth is thermally insulated with 12 cm XPS extruded polystyrene foam plate. On Porotherm masonry with already 5 cm EPS thermal insulation 10 cm vtg. EPS thermal insulation is made. The existing exterior doors and windows will be opened and replaced by new wooden windows and doors with low heat transfer value, with double-layer glazing, which fit into the current appearance of the building. The heating of the main building is planned with 2 (in total 4) Baxi Luna Platinum 1.32 gas-fired condensed condensation heating boilers with a rated output of 32 kW (Q=33kW) per part of the building, except for the newly constructed extension building. Existing sheet radiators will be preserved, other radiators will be dismantled and new Vogel&Noot steel sheet radiators will be installed. All radiators will be equipped with thermostatic valves and pre-set return screws. In order to increase the use of renewable energy, 2x8 systems of Baxi SB 25 solar collectors will be installed. In addition, to reduce electricity consumption, we also install a regenerating solar system in a 29.64 kW grid. Evangelical pensioner house Kondorosi The material of the thermal insulation in the attic is 20 cm thick rock wool insulation, which is covered in the attic on the existing floor. The existing thermal insulation of the rooftop floor is supplemented to a thickness of 20 cm. The facade of the building is covered with 15 cm thick EPS thermal insulation tiles. The plinth wall 12 cm XPS extruded polystyrene foam plate is thermally insulated. On all street and courtyard wings, old exterior windows and doors of poor condition are replaced by new, low-temperature wooden windows and doors with double-layer glazing. For heating heat supply and HMV production, we design one (total) Baxi Luna Platinum 1.32 closed fronted condensation wall boiler for each part of the building. All existing/remaining and new radiators will receive straight or heel thermostatic radiator valves with thermoheads, pre-adjustable return radiator valves in straight or corner design. To increase the use of renewable energy, a system of 1x5 and 1x3 Baxi SB 25 solar collectors will be installed. We also install a solar panel system to reduce electricity consumption, regenerating to a 26.00 kW grid. The thermal insulation of facades is not possible due to historic and urban image requirements. Thermal insulation is made on the top plane of the attic ceiling. This is a 25 cm thick mineral fibre material. Exterior window structures should be repaired, supplemented if necessary with wood replacements, wings remain with single-walled glass. In the case of complete replacement of the external wing, e.g. in the case of window corner windows with built-in rounded edges in the last time, new wings must be made in accordance with the original wing profile dimensions. Only window or wing changes are possible, the same cross-sections and profile formation as the current one should be sought here, the size of the profile can be used up to 45 mm. In the case of inner window wings, the installation of 3+ 5+ 3 mm thermal insulation glazing shall be ensured. This can usually be done with wall enlargement. The inner window wings are in worse condition in several places than the outer side structures. In several cases, the wings need to be remanufactured. The new condensation boilers are 2 pcs Baxi Luna Duo-tec MP 1.60. The planned temperature step is 75/55 °C. In some rooms the heat take-off surface is smaller than necessary. Therefore, in these rooms, the radiators are replaced with larger ones. We marked the existing, new and existing radiators per room, but have been relocated. In order to increase the use of renewable energy, 2x4 systems of Baxi SB 25 solar collectors will be installed. In addition, to reduce electricity consumption, we also install a regenerating solar system to 16.165 kW. As a result of the developments, primary energy consumption can be reduced at project level in 1984.06 GJ/year (551 129.023 kWh/year). Greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by 109.95 tonnes per year. Investments have a clear positive impact on all target groups and on the environment and the population, so it is absolutely necessary to make improvements.
