The Evangelical Church of Hungary is applying for energy modernisation of its educational institutions as part of this project. The implementation sites and the description of the interventions are described below. 5600 Békéscsaba, Szeberényi Square 2. 4038 Replacement of the glazing of external doors and windows with 4-10argon-4LowE layers and fitting and repair of doors and windows (in order to increase air tightness), replacement of locks where necessary, straps and knobs for antique iron, according to consignation. Thermal insulation of 10+ 12 cm vtg. glass wool on the attic floor. Vogel&Noot steel plate compact radiators are installed to standardise the heating system of the building. To reduce electricity consumption, we install a regenerative solar system in a 17.68 kW grid. 9730 Kőszeg, Zrínyi Miklós street 2nd district: 1707 The exterior facades of the building are insulated with EPS thermal insulation system 16 cm according to the size of the various wall structures, the plinth is thermally insulated with 12 cm XPS extruded polystyrene foam plate. In the attic, the material of the subsequent thermal insulation is 20-25 cm thick rock wool insulation, which is covered in the attic space on the existing slab. The existing exterior doors and windows will be opened and replaced by new wooden windows and doors with low heat transfer value, with double-layer glazing, which fit into the current appearance of the building. To reduce electricity consumption, we install a regenerative solar system for 7.95 kW. 3525 Miskolc, Dayka Gábor utca 6. hrsz.: 19 The exterior facades of the building are thermally insulated with XPS extruded polystyrene foam plate according to the size of the various wall structures, with a thickness of 15 cm. In the attic, the material of the subsequent thermal insulation is 25 cm thick rock wool insulation, which is covered in the attic space on the existing slab. The existing exterior doors and windows will be opened and replaced by new, low-temperature, double-layered plastic windows and doors that fit the current appearance of the building. 2 VIESSMANN Vitodens 200-W 60 closed fronted gas boilers are installed in the cellar-level boiler room with a unit power of 60 kW. The design ventilation systems can be constructed with 2 wired (heated) air treatment centres. To reduce electricity consumption, we install a regenerative solar system in 15.08 kW. 3525 Miskolc, Kis-Hunyad street 7. hsz.: 13 The exterior facades of the building are thermally insulated with XPS extruded polystyrene foam plate according to the size of the various wall structures, with a thickness of 15 cm. In the attic, the material of the subsequent thermal insulation is 25 cm thick rock wool insulation, which is covered in the attic space on the existing slab. The existing exterior doors and windows will be opened and replaced by new, low-temperature, double-layered wooden and plastic windows and doors that fit the current appearance of the building. The VIESSMANN Vitodens 200-W 60 closed fronted gas boiler is installed in the attic boiler room with a unit power of 60 kW. During the planned refurbishment, the safe operation of the kitchen must be ensured, therefore a new energy-saving air supply system is installed, which is locked in with the gas supply, i.e. if the ventilation system is not working, the internal gas supply is interrupted. In order to reduce electricity consumption, we install a solar cell system regenerating into a 30.16 kW network. The development results in a reduction in primary energy consumption of 2138,73 GJ/year (594 091.716 kWh/year) at project level. Greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by 115.14 tonnes per year. The project has a positive impact on the situation of all target groups. In addition to reducing the environmental burden by refurbishing the buildings, the developments also facilitate awareness-raising of the target groups.
