Energy efficiency investment in Nagytarcsa institutions

Within the framework of the project, 2 municipal buildings will be invested in energy efficiency. One building is located in 2142 Nagytarcsa, Zrínyi street 38, 229/1, family support service, dental practice and pharmacy. The building complex has a freestanding, masonry structure, partly underpinned, high roof. Problems encountered, errors: Thermal insulation is required for external walls, attic slab, flat roof, windows with poor filtration. Apart from the minimum necessary maintenance, no major renovations have taken place. Description of planned renovation works: Facade, attic ceiling, basement slab, arcade slab, flat roof thermal insulation. Replacement of facade doors and windows. Installation of air exchange structures. The other building affected by the renovation is the community building in Nagytarcsa (HEMO), which is located at 2142 Nagytarcsa, Rákóczi utca 84, 1256/3. The building is free-standing, with masonry structure and flat roof. Problems encountered, errors: Thermal insulation is required for external walls, basement slab, roof. It is necessary to replace the roof waterproofing and to rebuild the drainage system. Doors and windows with bad filtration. Maintenance status: it’s a neglected building. Description of planned renovation works: Replacement of flat roof waterproofing. Facade, basement floor, roof thermal insulation. Replacement of facade doors and windows. Installation of air exchange structures. Detailed description of renovation points for both sites: Facade thermal insulation: External thermal insulation is required because of the U value of masonry external delimitation devices which are now unacceptably low. Reducing heating charges and energy costs in general is an urgent task that can have a direct impact on users. Masonry support structures are ventilated, so the vapor permeability of external thermal insulation is important. The condensation curves must not intersect, no condensation within the wall. Replacement of facade doors and windows: The condition of doors and windows is generally poor and this is one of the main reasons for the high heating costs of the building. The new doors and windows are three-layer thermal insulation glazed PVC windows with a U-value according to the energy requirements, outside with TiZn sill, inside with plastic elbow. The installation plane of the new doors and windows is the same as the outer plane of the rough wall structure. Air exchange: At the present rate, the air exchange takes place through the existing doors and windows by filtration, which is provided by installers in the windows after the change of windows. In the case of HEMO, the following activities will be carried out: Thermal insulation of basement floor: Since the garage floor is unheated throughout the floor, the slab acts like a basement floor. The basement floor, excluding the atrium area, shall be thermally insulated with 16 cm Austrotherm AT-H80 EPS, including the “circling” of beams. Thermal insulation of flat roof: The flat roof is uniformly 25 cm Austrotherm AT-N150 EPS thermal insulation, on which two layers of modified bituminous thick plate are applied against rainwater. The family support service building also includes the following activities: Thermal insulation of the attic roof: On the attic floor, 25 cm Rockwool AirRock LD rock wool is thermally insulated, freely spreaded, covered with protective film, with slabs fixed as a viable part. Additional works in both locations: Drainage, rebuilding of roofs that have been demolished due to renovation, external mechanical wiring and ancillary works related to meters, the planned refurbishment does not affect internal changes. In the case of HEMO, the existing grids of doors and windows will be removed during the renovation and then rebuilt according to the refurbished facade. The development will be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations. The energy certificates showing the pre-development state and the calculation of the state after development have been completed. The building meets its energy requirements, so a solar system can be installed on it. The project will be carried out in the framework of an activated investment. We comply with environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project. We express a sense of opportunity in public events, communication and behaviour related to development. The municipality has a local equal opportunities programme. At the time of submission of the project, in accordance with the call for proposals, the public procurement procedure was carried out and the conditional contract was concluded.
