Energy modernisation of Rákosmenti Aprófalva Kindergarten and Rákosmenti Mákvirág Kindergarten

The aim of the project is to modernise the Rákosmenti Aprófalva Kindergarten (1) and the Rákosmenti Mákvirág Kindergarten (2) as follows: (1) The kindergarten, built in several stages, started in the 1970s, is a so-called “woman” building complex with a structured floor plan. Schedule I: The first-floor, flat-roofed parts of the building, located perpendicular to each other, were connected with a neck with an independent support structure, currently employing a room. He placed the working spaces between the larger stretched long walls, and the smaller rooms in the nearby tract. In this way, there are currently four employers and one gym room. At one part of the building, the third one became an open, covered terrace, and the other part of the building was closed to the main entrance. The part of the building parallel to the Health House street was partly underpinned. Schedule II: The part of the building, which is also ground-floor, with a flat roof, connected with necks, consists of four units, three of which are located on twins, and an administrative-social and kitchen block organised around the atrium. Each part is connected by an internal corridor system, which runs out onto the façade to allow the external approach of the employing blocks. Terraces were set up in front of the employers. The two phases of the building were connected to the neck. Separate access to the gym is provided by a glazed corridor. The economic entrance with a gate located from Health House Street is solved. The detailed description of the tasks planned under the project can be found in the relevant part of the cost menu, the parts of the tasks that cannot be inserted due to character limitation are described here: I.Replacement of facade retrofitting and related work parts II.Replacement of external doors and windows: —All windows on the façade are opened, usually replaced with minimum UW=1,15 W/m2K thermal insulation properties, 82 mm thick, six-chamber, plastic profile windows, inside with HELOPAL window sill, outside with aluminium sill (371 m²); —The existing safety grids will be restored after conversion, mosquito nets will be placed on the windows of the food technology premises, -The main entrance will be rebuilt: fixed to a unique steel frame structure with thermal insulation properties U=1,4 W/m2K with heat bridge-free aluminium window and entrance door, three-layer with Ug=0.70 W/m2K thermal insulation, glued safety glass (51 m²) on the inner side, III.Tet refurbishment works: —All flat roofs remain heat-insulated, single-shell, straight flat roofs: existing layers and slag filling must be broken down to the level indicated in the support structure layer order, a slope-forming thermal insulation of the thickness of a new base concrete calculated, new mechanically fixed PVC rainwater insulation (1 635 m²), -The existing rainwater drainage system has to be dismantled due to the change in the façade plane and the connections to the new attica confluences, the built-in fixtures must be rebuilt, -The new front roofs are made up of corrugated galvanised steel sheet laminated structures with a steel bracket structure (24 m²). (2) Eight kindergarten groups, divided into a rectangular floor, ground-floor, flat roofed building. On the north side there are offices, kitchens and other service rooms, changing rooms, group rooms and sanitary facilities on the south side. Gross floor area of the building: 1 532 m². A detailed description of the tasks planned under the project can be found in the relevant part of the cost menu. The three main types of tasks are: I.External external thermal insulation: II.Renovation of the roof: III.Replacement of external doors and windows: The above interventions may be carried out on the basis of the relevant legislation without a building permit. On the basis of the calculations made in accordance with the requirements of the call, the aid amount of the project is HUF 101.692.000, to which, within the eligible costs, HUF 148.308.000, in addition to the eligible costs, is HUF 38.510.837-Ft, i.e. a total of HUF 186,818,837-Ft, so the total cost of the application is HUF 288.510.837. The applicant for the ineligible contribution included in the grant application intends to carry out an activity to be understood as eligible costs as described in the call, but the total cost of the investment exceeds HUF 250 million, so that the additional cost needs are considered as ineligible costs. Preparatory and ancillary works are also part of the project. In particular: preparation of preliminary certificates, preparation of certificates following completion of works, technical inspection services and mandatory publicity. The obligations and tasks related to the mandatory publicity and project management tasks are carried out by the applicant’s expert staff as part of their regular daily work.
