Iron Castle’s COUNTRY ON ASP CENTRAL SECTION with system connection

Vasvár town is located in the western Transdanubia region, in the southern part of Vas county, on the side of the hills running parallel to Raba, the Vasi-Hegyhát district, in the Vasvár district. The district of Vasvár has been classified as a district area to be developed as defined in Annex 3 to Government Decree No 290/2014/XI.26. on “beneficiary districts”. The number of inhabitants of Vasvár was 4.298 on 1 January 2016. The city has all the secondary administrative and care functions necessary for its population and area. A nursery, a Library, a Cultural Centre, the Institute for Health Care and the Mayor’s Office are in place to maintain the municipality. The municipality operates according to environmental certification. There are almost 35 NGOs in the city, with which the municipality is very well cooperated. In the city there are police headquarters, primary and secondary schools, as well as a primary art education institution, bus station, rescue station, savings cooperative and OTP bank branches, two pharmacies, small-region health centres, public body fire brigades, and commercial and catering industrial units. Representative bodies in the current and previous electoral cycles have successfully applied for and won EU funds, which have been successfully implemented. On the results of the tenders educational and educational institutions were renewed, the protection and beautification of the natural and built environment was realised, as well as investments to boost the economy and the use of renewable energy. The administration of the Mayor’s Office has a significant role to play in the use of EU funds, who, from a legal, financial and technical point of view, assist in the successful implementation of investments involving external organisations, which have gained a great deal of experience. Vasvár performs the operation of the Association through the headquarters and Mayor’s Office of the “Vasi Hegyhát” Multipurpose Minor Region Association. Tasks related to the operation of the municipality and the preparation and implementation of matters falling within the functions and powers of the mayor and the notary shall be carried out by the mayor’s office. According to the nature of the tasks to be performed, the mayor’s office consists of 3 internal departments: • organisational, legal and administrative department; (8 persons) • financial and plan department; (8 people) • urban development and technical department; (4 persons) The office works with 20 people together with the notary. The 4 institutions listed above are affiliated to the agency as independent and economic budgetary bodies. Target group: 13 people • Public officials of the Finance and Plan Unit: 8 persons (1 head of unit, 3 accountants, 1 person in the tax administration, 1 invoicing, 1 person managing cash flow and tax declarations, 1 cashier and asset catastrophic administrator) • Public officials of the organizational, legal and administrative department: 3 persons (2 administrative administrators, 1 of whom are probates and one for commercial and industrial administration; 1 main file management — filing tasks away;) • Mayor • notary Existing status: The Mayor’s Office has a 10/10 MBit leased line provided by T-Online. The necessary router is used by T-Home, which is neither owned by the municipality nor by the office. We have 10 U rack with 2 TP-Link 1024 Gigabit Switches. Next to the rack, Eaton 1200VA is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply. In addition, we operate 2 wi-fi access points at different points of the building. We don't have a card reader. Available printers are more than 10 years old, often need servicing and repair. Detailed professional content: The Municipality of Vasvár wishes to connect to the ASP system by means of an interfaced connection, provided that it is possible with the individual consent of the minister responsible for e-administration. The municipality’s connection to the special tax system provided by the Treasury is carried out in accordance with the ASP Government Decree. We plan to use the ASP system with 13 workstations, 10 of which meet the minimum eligibility requirement set out in the ASP Regulation.
