Kál large village in Heves county, Hungary. The village was inhabited by 3 519 people in 2015. János Morvai is the mayor of the Great Community of Kál, who plays the role of the representative in the implementation of the project. During the implementation of the project, Dr. Anikó Szabó will be the contact person. The Mayor’s Office provides 12 people for its work. With the help of the ASP project, the Joint Local Government Office implements a central data management system based on a single IT background, both in the locality and in the member government concerned. During the preparation of the system, we use our own resources to improve the data quality in the tax system, while for other subsystems we intend to implement the process of improving data quality and migration through an external resource. In the course of the purchase of the equipment, we plan to purchase equipment delivered by an external contractor with 3 years of on-site warranty. During the development of the operational and regulatory frameworks, we will review and update the ASP system satisfactorily with the Rules on the Management of Archives prepared by our Office in 2013 and the Information Security Regulations that presuppose local data management in 2015. We implement the testing and revitalisation of the system and the creation of mandatory information and publicity with the involvement of our employees, while project management tasks are carried out as an expert service. The document management system in order to implement complex document management. The real estate inventory system to implement the up-to-date management of the existing property register. The system of inventory of the estate to establish a uniform and up-to-date administration of the estate. The Industrial Trade System is used to keep the register of the local businesses concerned by law. The municipal municipal portal system to update customer information and the electronic form service in order to introduce electronic case management.
