As of 2013, there is a joint local government office in the village with Gyód and Sökér. The total population of the three villages is 2663. In compliance with the objectives and obligations set out in the ASP Government Decree, we aim to introduce municipal electronic management solutions, which are standardised with development, by implementing the connection to the municipal ASP centre. By joining, we will use the appropriate specialised system of the municipal ASP system to support the performance of the specialised tasks. The continuous, centrally secured legal status of the specialised systems provided in the framework of the municipal ASP centre will improve the quality of local government law enforcement, we rely on the reduction of the costs of the municipal IT operation from the introduction of ASP services, centralised operation and regulatory compliance and further development services. With the development we can implement the application of a modern IT system, which helps our internal operation, the solution of our mandatory tasks, and with the application of the ASP system we have an economical and efficient IT system for the performance of tasks. Given that the population is less than 3000 inhabitants, the preparation for the provision of an electronic administration service is not part of the project. As a result, the primary target group for the development is the local government office itself, the professionals who manage the functions of the specialised systems in the current system and will manage the functions of the specialised systems after accession. Within the framework of the project, we carry out the following tasks: — To create the necessary infrastructural conditions to connect to the ASP centre and to operate it efficiently, we implement the acquisition of state-of-the-art IT tools (desktop and portable computers, card readers, printers) which make the work of employees using specialised systems more efficient. Result achieved: equipment procured and put into service. At present, we do not have any relevant infrastructure to join the ASP fields and therefore the infrastructure conditions will be created entirely within the framework of the project. — Within the framework of the establishment of operational development and regulatory frameworks, the process shall be assessed, reviewed, amended and, if necessary, established. This concerns the mandatory IT security and document management rules. Result achieved: amended and revised regulations. We intend to implement the task with the involvement of a subcontractor (external resource). — In order for the system to function effectively, we need to review the migration data files and the necessary cleanings during migration. Result achieved: Adequate quality transferable dataset, successful migration/data loading for each specialised system. We intend to implement the task with the involvement of a subcontractor (external resource). — We provide the staff working with specialised systems to participate in the trainings related to the implementation of the ASP service, and we intend to declare the related travel costs in the garden of the project. Our goal is to enable all relevant colleagues to participate in the trainings, which is why we made a commitment of 90-100 %. — After the introduction of the system, we need to test and verify the services that will be developed and the appropriateness of their operation. Result achieved: successfully completed migration, user testing, resulting in a functioning framework, specialised system services and data transfer process in place by the ASP Centre. We intend to carry out the task with our own resources. — Project management: the professional and application management of the project during the implementation period, which we intend to implement with external resources. As the value of the procurements is below the public procurement threshold, it will not be necessary to carry out a public procurement procedure in relation to the project.
