BUDAPEST CAPITAL VII. I'M SORRY. CONNECTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ERZSÉBETVÁROS TO THE ASP CENTRE

The Municipality of Erzsébetváros has an independent mayor’s office. The municipal ASP specialisation systems will be used by the following departments: Financial Office (including the Tax Group), Asset Management Office, Authority and Customer Service Office, Personnel and Administration Office. The statistical number of the Mayor’s Office is 188, of which 60 will use the municipal ASP system. The municipality undertakes to implement the mandatory activities: 1. The user workstations required for the use of local authority ASP specialised systems already meet the minimum requirements laid down in the ASP Government Decree and therefore the procurement of these from the project is not necessary. The current machine park consists mostly of Lenovo, Dell and HP machines with the configuration below. The machines are protected by a central firewall and a managed antivirus. On each computer you can find the programs below, which are automatically updated. Workstations: • CPU: i3/i5 • 4Gb RAM • 120 Gb SSD • Windows 7/10 LTSB Software: • Browser: Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer • Office 2013 • Arcobat Reader The Municipality undertakes to purchase and install the tools needed to use the local ASP systems (2 Pcs Uninterruptible Power Supply 2, 1 Pcs Uninterruptible Power Supply 1, 60 Card Readers) until the physical closure of the project. The assets to be procured are used for the purposes set out in the ASP Accession Treaty. There is no public procurement obligation. 2. Our own expert colleagues establish the operational development and regulatory framework, during which they at least update the IT security policy and the File Management Policy, and we also establish regulations on electronic administration. 3. At the same time, our own expert colleagues create the conditions for e-administration (preparation of a guide, publication on the website, publication of forms). 4. We undertake to carry out the task of improving the data quality and migration of the local government systems, and as part of it, a data cleansing plan, a data cleansing report and a migration report will be drawn up with our own expert colleagues. 5. We will send our relevant colleagues to the training organised by the ASP centre. 6. As part of testing and sharpening, our own expert colleagues prepare test scenarios, perform test cases and prepare test reports. The activities envisaged in the grant application are necessary to join the ASP centre. We undertake to provide data to the ASP Data Warehouse in accordance with the IT specifications specified by the Treasury. The budget of the project was planned in line with the budgetary constraints detailed in the call. The required horizontal requirements and communication obligations will be fulfilled during the implementation of the project.
