Coordination of the use of European Union funds falls under the responsibility of the Prime Minister’s Office, the conditions for the implementation of which are required by the project entitled ‘Providing the conditions for the management of assistance and preserving the quality of the management of the aid in the performance of the central coordination tasks of the Prime Minister’s Office’ (hereinafter referred to as: Project) ensures. The aim of the project is to carry out the tasks necessary for the efficient and effective implementation of the 2014-20 programming period and to provide part of the necessary organisational and human resources. The Project includes the financing of regular and non-regular personal allowances and related contributions for the 310 man-years of operational programmes in 2016, as defined by law and internal instructions, in the departments directly responsible for the implementation of the operational programmes (front-offices) and back-offices. In connection with the operation of the departments involved in the implementation of the project, the following activities will be financed from the framework of the call for proposals No KÖFOP-3.2.6-26: — missions, travel costs — external capacity, procurement (e.g.: expert, translation-interpretation, consultancy) — own-organised event, event, training — participation in events, events, training — publications in order to ensure efficient performance of tasks, we plan the following training courses for the staff involved in the implementation of the Project: training of support providers — domestic, foreign study trips, ECDL — computer training, English language training, short courses in national specialisations and methods, workshops related to the use of EU funds, training courses related to non-institutional systems, further training in financial matters. Marketing costs: — the continuous training of aid providers is reflected as an ex ante condition in the Partnership Agreement, in line with this we intend to publish brochures on state aid, 4 pcs per year; — for the continuous professional development of staff, the training provided by the European Commission and its affiliated organisations is extremely important, and the cost of organising the related events is planned for this category of costs; — in order to monitor the national programmes, we intend to organise technical “monitoring” workshops on development policy in each region, 2 times a year, with 20-25 participants; Other service costs: order publications and periodicals related to the coordination of developments in the European Union and provide continuous EU news monitoring services that are essential for the work. Travel and mission expenses related to technical implementation: expenditure on meetings of the Commission, working group meetings, consultations, technical events, meetings, conferences and other necessary missions related to the performance of the task. Costs of other expert services: — from the European Institutions and other international relations and EU obligations (e.g.: evaluation reports) resulting from the need for translation and interpretation activities on a regular basis; — external experts: official public procurement consultant, development of in-use IT systems, software, updating policies, other supporting and expert tasks; — studies and publications.
