Development of an industrial park in Kiskunhalason

A) OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: The objective of the development is to implement a local economic development investment in the Industrial Park of the Municipality of Kiskunhalas, which has a stimulating effect on the economy and employment in relation to the settlement and the surrounding area. During the expansion and development of the current industrial park, the municipality will provide adequate space for investment through the purchase / expropriation of real estate. It will introduce an exploratory road and a necessary network of utilities into the area, and after the necessary renovation of the existing building, it will also provide business development, industrial park and cluster management services. After the purchase of 2 machines, it will be possible to maintain the area of the industrial park at cost price, thus supporting the settling enterprises. As a result of the development of infrastructure, a direct increase in the intention of entrepreneurs to settle in and in the local employment rate can be forecast. The ultimate goal of the investment is to create new job opportunities, increase employment, and make the operating conditions of businesses more favorable. Another goal is for the local government to induce the establishment and development of the existing and new sites of the settling enterprises, in parallel with the improvement of the accessibility of the industrial park, to provide the infrastructural background for the cooperation between the enterprises. As the number of enterprises using business infrastructure increases, local and regional economic activity will improve, and competitiveness will increase through higher quality and wider services, which will lead to an improvement in the economic indicators of the municipality / region as a whole. In addition to its physical and infrastructural development, it is important to highlight the establishment and installation of incubation and development consulting services in the industrial park. B) PRESENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL CONTENT: 1) Mainly eligible main activity: Development of industrial parks, science and technology parks (in the case of existing parks with addresses) a) Basic infrastructure of existing industrial parks within the plot boundary (gas, water, sewer, road, industrial track) . During the investment, in addition to the construction of the utility network, the water supply sewerage system, the rainwater network with the appropriate drainage capacity, and the sewage system will be built. Gas and telephone lines are being laid. The supply of electricity requires both the construction of a new network and the relocation of existing pipelines. The estimated cost of the public works is HUF 84,740,000. B) Construction and construction of a new building related to production and service activities, implementation of the necessary building engineering investments. The construction of a new building will not be implemented in the project. c) Transformation, extension, modernization, restoration, renovation of existing buildings related to production and service activities, implementation of the necessary building engineering investments. It is necessary to carry out investment work on an existing dilapidated building that requires renovation and expansion. Main works: plastering, external thermal insulation, professional works (painting, flooring, tiling), repair of the roof structure as needed, tinsmithing, modernization and decoration of doors and windows, installation of water and sewer pipes inside the building, renovation of the water block (4 toilets) , 4 washbasins, 2 showers, 1 urinal), modernization of heating and hot-water system (installation of 8 radiators, indirect hot-water storage), electrical installation works, and installation of energy-saving luminaires. The estimated cost of the renovation and expansion of the building is HUF 9,000,000. The affected area is 80 m2. d) Renovation, development, reconstruction or strengthening of municipally owned local roads or junctions that create or strengthen access to industrial parks, science and technology parks.– Not relevant. C) FULFILLMENT OF THE CONDITIONS PRESENTED IN SECTION 3.2 OF THE CALL: a) At least one independently eligible activity will be implemented during the development. The investment will take place in an existing area with the title of industrial park, with the appropriate zoning classification, which also includes basic infrastructure and building construction investment elements, ie several independently eligible activities. b) In the case of a greenfield investment, it is necessary to explain the justification of the investment: the present project aims at the development of an industrial park.
