Development of the Western Industrial Park of Hajdúböszörmény

Detailed professional content of the development: a) The aim of the project is the city of Hajdúböszörmény with two major, interdependent industrial zones at the border of the city, both of which have the title of Industrial Park. Several established enterprises are located in the area of the Oriental Industrial Park of Hajdúböszörmény, and there are fewer new areas available for use. On the other hand, the M35 Industrial Park (Western Industrial Park) located in the western part of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the M35 motorway and its exit, has a larger development area. In the framework of this complex project, the Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény wishes to develop an industrial park next to the M35 motorway. The construction of transport and utilities infrastructure is the primary condition of the complex development, because only in this way can it be an attractive investment objective for those wishing to install, and can provide an additional basis for the future development of the industrial park. b) together with the presentation of the selected independently eligible activities, the public utility connections necessary for the network of the new industrial area within the area of the Western Industrial Park (water supply, natural gas supply, sanitation, rainwater drainage, electricity supply, telecommunications) will be built during the implementation of the project, during the planning of the project, special attention was paid to the technical and technical conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call (requirements relating to the technical and technical content of the project and implementation). The aid application covers the objectives set out in points A, a) and d) of the self-eligible activities of 3.1.1 (construction of existing industrial park basic infrastructure, renovation of municipal-owned road for accessibility). In the case of the Western Industrial Park, the “Industrial Park title” is owned by the Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény, which is also the author of this tender. Point 3.2(i) of the call complies with point 3.2(i) of the call, since it includes a basic infrastructure cost outside the boundary for the sole purpose of developing the basic infrastructure within the boundary and directly linked to the development. D) compliance with the conditions laid down in the substantive assessment criteria of the call: 1. Fit the objectives of the TOP 1.1: The long-term strategic goal of the development concept set out in the present grant application is to provide the local conditions for economic recovery, employment promotion, the strengthening of local entrepreneurs and the development of the necessary municipal business infrastructure and services. In particular, the part of the municipal-owned Western Industrial Park involved in the present development will be built up, and the road to accessibility will be refurbished. 1.2.: The Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény and the content of the grant application do not fall under the grounds for exclusion set out in point 4.2 of the call and point 2 of the General Conditions. 2. Professional justification, demand and utilisation 2.1. Presented in the business plan. 2.2. The technical and technical content of the project will make the operating conditions of future enterprises more favourable to the general professional requirements. 2.3. The development concept is based on an assessment of the needs of all stakeholder groups (municipality, businesses, workers, etc.) and a wide-ranging partnership activity, thus fully accepted at local level as a guarantee of success. 2.4. Main activities planned: building up basic infrastructure (3.1.1.) (A) (a)); road development to improve accessibility (3.1.1) (A)(d)). 2.5. Road development also improves the operating environment of established businesses. 2.6. Hajdúböszörmény’s unfavourable external capital absorption capacity, its location in the economically underdeveloped eastern part of the country, the large number of unemployed people in the city justify the dynamism of the economy and the expansion of employment. 2.7. As explained in section (c) of the technical content of the development (see above). 3. Launchability, Preparedness 3.1. The business plan is attached to the application as part of the submission. 3.2. In the section “Places of completion” the ownership of the properties affected by the development is fully described. 3.3. The technical-professional preparation of the project and the preparation of the licensee’s plans were carried out with the assistance of a design office with high professional standards and experience. 4.
