Construction of an exploratory trip in the industrial park in Mohács

The strategic objective of the Integrated Urban Development Strategy of Mohács is the economic development related to job creation. One of the tools for this is the development of business-service infrastructure, which provides the basis for new productive investments. New investments create jobs, reducing unemployment, emigration and increasing the living standards of the population as income increases. Permanent capital capping, more uniform tax revenue and increasing value added production. Direct objectives: — Creating an attractive economic environment, creating the conditions for encouraging investment — Building a quality, high-quality infrastructure entrepreneurial environment, — Job creation Indirect objectives: — Dynamically developing, competitive economy — Job creation — Promotion of demand and supply Long-term objectives: — Investment incentives for large investors in an industrial park — Improving the operating environment of local businesses — Improving the quality of life of the population Short-term objectives: — 1 130 m construction of a new industrial park exploratory mission under this project will be built in the area of the Mohács Industrial Park 1.130 m new industrial park exploratory mission. The new road connects the Budapest Road to the current industrial park exploratory trip, which is connected to the incubator house. On the one hand, the role of the new road connects exploratory, new industrial areas to the core area of the industrial park and, on the other hand, accessibility has a better and less burden-free role: — the public port area in the construction phase and companies located north of the new exploratory mission provide direct links with the existing industrial park exploratory mission and the M6/M60 motorway; — in addition, it provides companies operating in the vicinity of the planned exploratory mission with direct access to the public port to be handed over in the near future, i.e. access to waterborne freight transport facilities. The investment will improve the operating conditions of existing enterprises in the industrial park, contribute to their further development and facilitate the emergence of new businesses. The investment can further increase the already high occupancy rate of the existing industrial park (above 80 %). This could lead to new developments and the creation of new jobs. The implementation area of the project also includes brownfield sites, as the construction of the new road will be possible on the site of the former concrete plant after the dismantling of the demolished buildings and facilities, which is part of the present project. At the site of the former concrete plant, in addition to the planned new exploratory mission, in the longer term (after the completion of the project) 50 parking spaces are planned to serve the recently significantly increased industrial park freight traffic, which is expected to increase significantly with the commissioning of the future public port. The operation and controlling tasks of the Industrial Park are performed by the Mayor’s Office. They complete the financial, technical and maintenance processes with the part-time involvement of 2 main financial tasks, 2 main technical tasks, 1 marketing tasks and 10 maintenance staff. This will be covered by the Municipality from outside this project. Among the self-eligible activities set out in point 3.1.1 of the call for proposals under the project, A) development of industrial parks, science and technology parks, logistical and innovation centres (in the case of existing title parks) within the main activity: a) The construction of existing industrial parks, science and technology parks, logistics and innovation centres within the boundary of basic infrastructure (road). Other activities of the project: project preparation (business plan, CBA, licensee and construction plans, public procurement expert and procedure fee), real estate purchase costs (expropriation, change of cultivation), mandatory publicity, technical inspection. Compliance with technical and professional requirements, compliance with the conditions set out in the section of the Call for Content Assessment criteria and the qualification of the project by area-specific evaluation criteria are set out in the CSATOLT PARTICULATION document due to the character limitation, see: Attached documents — Professional foundation study (Business plan) — Detailed professional content.docx.
