The long-term goal of the Municipality of Szerencs is to increase competitiveness, optimise the production of agricultural income, ensure and exploit competitive advantages over competitors.The further objective of the industrial area created by the project is to improve the quality of life, the ability of the local rural population to generate income, the catching up and development of the countryside by exploiting the comparative advantages of Hungarian agricultural land, production, processing and sales. in order to expand the range of industrial services provided by the city by the industrial area affected by the development, especially for local enterprises, this will provide a boost in the production and farming scene, encourage entrepreneurship, create new jobs and increase employment.According to the plan of the Municipality of Lucks, the establishment of a conceived centre for agri-logistics will make it possible to use the area for economic purposes.According to the criteria set out in the recommendation, we designed the interventions to be implemented in the industrial area to be developed in such a way as to contribute to the establishment of the agricultural logistics centre.The investment activities to be carried out by the project — clearly contribute to the implementation of the ideas set out above. The industrial area to be developed would provide the opportunity for newly created or existing companies to access the right industrial/economic area, site, and storage needs. As the number of businesses using business infrastructure increases economic activity and competitiveness through higher quality and wider services. Call 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities — B) development of industrial areas and existing ones, brownfield and greenfield investments within the activity (a) Construction, conversion, renovation, extension, upgrading, upgrading and development of the basic infrastructure of industrial areas within the boundaries of the plot, or investment in basic infrastructure outside the boundary as referred to in point 3.4 of the call, and c) Renovating, expanding, upgrading, restoring and renovating existing buildings related to production and service activities, and implementing the necessary technical building investments. Mandatory non-eligible activities will also be implemented: a) Accessibility, b) Distribution of asbestos, c) Energy efficiency measures, d) Publicity, e.) Not relevant. Among the activities that can be selected and cannot be supported independently, we intend to carry out activities related to b) Acquisition of equipment and equipment necessary for the operation and production of the industrial park, science and technology park, logistics and innovation centre, industrial area and for the enterprises that are installed.The project proposal complies with the technical — technical content and implementation requirements chapter of the project. The object of the project is in an area classified as an industrial area (GIP) in the urban planning plan of the given municipality. The development is in line with the objectives of the Call, it fulfils and contributes to the objectives set out in the Call.The subject of the aid application and the subject of the grant application are not covered by the exclusion grounds set out in point 4.2 of the Call and point 2 of the General Guide to Calls. In the grant application, sustainable, economical operation based on local needs will be presented.The project includes at least one independently eligible activity.The development will be carried out by using a previously unused building that has lost its function. During the preparation of the project, a business plan complying with the requirements of the methodological guidance referred to in Chapter 8 of the call and a cost-benefit analysis as part of the business plan were prepared. These preparatory documents include a detailed technical — technical explanation of the present project, as well as a description of compliance with the evaluation criteria set out in the call and the relevant county area-specific annex — including the contribution to the goals of the BAZ County Integrated Territorial Programme and the implementation of the indicator undertaken at county level.The development concept is linked to other priorities and actions.The technical and technical delineation of the project is also presented in the preparatory documentation. Due to the lack of character, the detailed description of the properties concerned and the planned developments on those properties, as well as the information on the project TOP-1.1.1-15-BO1-2016-00015 are included in the business plan.
