Development of industrial area Rate

The long-term goal of the Municipality of Lucky is to increase competitiveness, optimise agricultural income production, provide competitive advantages over competitors. The industrial area created by the project also aims to improve the quality of life, the ability of the local rural population to generate income, the catching up and development of the countryside by taking advantage of the comparative advantages of the Hungarian agricultural land, production, processing and marketing. The project’s short-term objective is to increase employment through the industrial area affected by the development, in particular local entrepreneurship and new jobs. According to the plan of the Municipality of Szerencs, the establishment of an imaginary centre for agricultural logistics will allow the area to be used for economic purposes. Taking into account the criteria set out in the recommendation, we planned the interventions to be implemented in the industrial area to be developed by the project in order to contribute to the establishment of the agricultural logistics centre. The investment activities to be carried out by the project — clearly contribute to the implementation of the ideas set out above. The industrial area to be developed would be an opportunity for newly created or existing companies to obtain appropriate industrial/economic areas, sites and to find solutions to their storage needs. Increasing the number of businesses using business infrastructure will improve economic activity and increase competitiveness through higher quality and wider services. Call 3.1.1. POINT 3.1.2.1. Mandatory non-eligible activities will also be implemented: a) Accessibility, b) Distribution of asbestos, c) Energy efficiency measures, d) Publicity provision, e) not relevant. The project proposal complies with point 3.4. The project shift — the professional content of the project and the expectations of implementation. The object of the project is in an area classified as an industrial area (GIP) in the relevant urban planning plan. The development is in line with the objectives of the Call, it fulfils and contributes to the objectives set out in the Call. The subject-matter of the aid application and the aid application does not fall under the exclusion grounds set out in point 4.2 of the Call and point 2 of the ‘General Guide to Calls’. A sustainable, economical operation based on local needs will be presented in the grant application. The project includes at least one self-eligible activity. The development takes place through the utilisation of a previously unused building, which has lost its function. During the preparation of the project, a business plan complying with the requirements of the methodological guidance referred to in Chapter 8 of the call and a cost-benefit analysis as part of the business plan were also prepared. These preparatory documents contain a detailed technical — technical explanation of the present project, as well as a description of compliance with and alignment with the evaluation criteria set out in the call and the relevant county area-specific annex — including the contribution to the 1-6 goals set out in the BAZ County Integrated Territorial Programme and the implementation of the indicator undertaken at county level. The development vision is linked to developments under other priorities and actions. The technical-professional delineation of the project is also presented in the preparatory documentation. Due to lack of character, detailed descriptions of the relevant developments and other information on the project are included in the business plan.
