Satu Mare Incubator House

For real estate purchase, overheads — overhead and reserve cost lines, we do not want to account for subsidies. In line with the call for proposals, the Municipality of Mátészalka Municipality intends to develop the local business and business infrastructure in order to improve the economic environment, increase employment and encourage future investments in the municipality. The project covered by the grant application concerns the construction of a municipal-owned incubator house of a total size of 1 347.14 m², with the related parking, car park design activities and the minimum equipment necessary for operation, and the marketing activities needed to promote investment. (b)the technical and technical content of the project, together with the description of the selected self-eligible and ineligible activities. The technical content of the project includes the following items — indicating the matching with the activities listed in point 3.1 of the call: •Construction of an incubator house in the area of the Industrial Park — 3.1.1 (a) Construction, extension, modernisation, modernisation and conversion of properties to be used for industrial development and industrial development service incubation activities •Procurement of equipment and equipment necessary to carry out incubation activities — 3.1.1 (d) Acquisition of tools, equipment for incubation activities •Development of partnerships — 3.1.2.2 (b) Establishment of a mandatory (minimum) number of parking spaces and accessible parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities in accordance with the applicable legislation. •Location of solar candellars — 3.1.2.2 (c) Use of renewable energy sources for a more economic and modern operation of buildings c) Compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.4 of the call The project fulfils the conditions set out in point 3.4 of the call, includes at least one activity eligible independently (point 3.1.1(a) — construction of an incubator house and point 3.1.1(d) — means necessary for incubation activities), the Municipality undertakes to meet the requirements of the Call in respect of the settlers. The business plan and cost-benefit analysis were submitted as part of the application. The applicant Municipality is the sole owner of the implementation site concerned by the development. A new construction will be carried out in the framework of the project, as no unused or under-utilised property is available for the purpose. The project does not include any development outside the boundary, the equipment planned to be procured will be purchased from an official dealer, will comply with the relevant European directives, standards and the Hungarian regulations, standards and environmental protection regulations harmonising them. The project’s budget was planned in line with market prices, supported by a designer’s cost estimate. Information and communication accessibility is mandatory for the building planned in the project, which has been designed. The parking number required by the OTÉK will be established, but a recharging point for the use of electric vehicles is not planned, as the current users of the Industrial Park do not use electric cars nor have they indicated any need for it. The new building will meet the requirements of 7/2006. As part of the first milestone, the design declaration supporting this will be issued in the light of the construction plans. Asbestos removal is not relevant for this project and the applicant undertakes to implement the public as described in Chapter 5 of the business plan. The planned incubation infrastructural developments were planned only within the framework of call TOP-1.1,2-16, and the Municipality did not receive any support from the call TOP-1.1,1-15 Development of Industrial Parks and Industrial Areas for the activity(s) to be implemented, nor does it plan in the call 1.1.1-16 Industrial Parks and Industrial Area Development. In respect of the activity(s) to be implemented, it does not make use of the support launched under the call for GINOP-11.1-17. The Local Government has a Local Equal Opportunities Programme, with the adoption of which it intends to pursue the following objectives: — the requirement to ensure equal treatment and equal opportunities, — the principle of equal access to public services, — non-discrimination, — non-segregation, — measures to address in a complex manner the problems identified in the analysis of the situation in the fields of employment, social security, health, education and housing. The expectations listed above have been validated in connection with the planning of the present project, and the activities have been planned in accordance with this.
