Intended purpose: market (for 30 outlets, 400-500 visitors per day, an estimated number of 140 people at the same time). Expected commodities: food and craft products. The market is expected to take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. The planned marketplace consists of 3 built and a green layer. The first layer is the market as well as a set of paved surfaces that provide an approach to the market, which means walking surfaces, as well as non-movable outdoor furniture and benches. These elements and surfaces are made of stone, artificial stone and concrete. This layer includes the concrete formwork stone block of the service building, which also develops from this cold hard surface. The next layer is the casing, space separation layer, corrugated sheet. This material forms the material of the new screen-like fence (the asbestos to be demolished is replaced by wave shale fences) and covering and covering the market frame structure. The third built layer, the guardianship, is a simple white steel frame structure that connects, attaches and supports the corrugated sheet and concrete surfaces from each other. The raw and white colour and cold materials of the three built layers give a calm, neutral background, an inclusive environment, space and space assignment to the green layer of the market. This kind of highlighting of green surfaces can strike a balance between the existing industrial atmosphere of the block and the unfriendly space walls and proportions caused by the inner/rear location of the plot. The park, with a walk developed by the tree row, which leads through the atrium of the marketplace, makes the operation of the market and plots understandable from all angles, and the first complicated exploration of the market. The planned market building is a large contiguous indoor-open space, a pillar-framed, high-top structure that appears and will feed into the park and promenades of the market. The pillar frame and its backed roof structure is a white-painted steel section structure with a simple 1 layer of metal corrugated sheet covering. The market flooring and paving are based on the existing conditions, using the existing concrete elements to be placed and using a new concrete raster floor, which replaces the existing elements with a simple 40*40*5 cm concrete square stone and scattered stone shredder, and, where necessary, a simple, moulded antifreeze concrete floor replaces the tiles surfaces. The planned market is served by a closed, heated concrete block, masonated from shutterstone, which hides under the roof, at the back of the market entrance, closing the entire mass. The server array includes a staff, barrier-free and visitor toilet, a fungus test room and a general warehouse. Due to the heating capacity of the service building, dewatering is not necessary in winter, so it can be operated throughout the year. Heating is made possible by internal insulation within the formwork stone masonry and a simple reinforced concrete slab, the interior partitions of the building are light-structured, the interior surfaces are treated with washable, cleanable paint. Thermal insulation on the inner side does not pose a technical risk of humidity, as the formwork stone masonry can ventilate outwards. The doors of the building have no metal thermal insulation doors, no windows. Lighting is installed inside the building and in the indoor marketplace, mounted on the horizontal lower frames of the steel roof structure. In the covered open space, 30 prefabricated antifreeze concrete/artificial stones, lightened and fixed, are constructed, each in a size of 120*60*75 cm, based on the existing concrete tables. In addition to the sales tables, 4 3*25A three-phase 220 V power outlets must be installed, which meets the outdoor requirements. The land, including the market, can be approached from 3 directions; the main entrance that can be closed is accessible from the upper side of the Main Road through the yard of the host shop, the rear pedestrian approach from the pedestrian road between the grocery store and the civil registration office, and the car approach and the refilling of goods from the existing service road between the shop and the grocery store. If necessary, you can also stop at the tables by car (2.5 m distance between two tables). Direct road lighting to be placed every 2 m along uncovered pedestrian and motorised roads, below 1.00 m. In the park of the market there are outdoor benches (freeze-resistant, concrete/artificial stone, prefabricated, fixed), each bench is equipped with a small outdoor waste storage facility. A water fountain is also set up in the park, which needs to be dehydrated in winter. In the back of the plot, a screen with the same design as the planned fence is installed, behind which waste is stored (commonly with the existing grocery store). On the side of the screen bins there is a possibility of drinking water, this should be dehydrated in winter after each use. At the...
