According to point 1.2 of the Annex to the TSM: The application concerns the indicative allocation for decentrums and cities in the outer periphery. the aim of the project is to develop the local economy by developing the infrastructural background of the local market. The aim of our project is to create/develop a new/existing market by creating the local environment and operating conditions, which contributes to the economic development of the settlement, indirectly in the region. — (B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected independently eligible and ineligible activities Main activity: A) Promoting local producers’ access to the local market a) Building of infrastructure related to the establishment of a market area (market hall, outdoor sales point, temporary relocation, producer market, etc.), business premises or cooperative shops. — new market hall, establishment of business premises b) Existing market area (market, outdoor sales point, temporary settlement, producer market, etc.), conversion, renovation, extension, modernisation and restoration of a business or cooperative shop. — development of the basic infrastructure of an existing market area is not self-eligible, mandatory activities (a) Accessibility — where relevant, under accessibility conditions in chapter 3.2 of this call. As part of the preparation of the construction works and in the implementation process, we plan the involvement of a specialist/expert in rehabilitation environmental planning. The planned building is placed on reinforced concrete pillars with steel lattice cover structure, open covered, market hall. The uplift load-bearing structures are loaded on reinforced concrete flat foundation, under the pillars there is a dot foundation, in the contour line a reinforced concrete beam is connected. The roof structure is a sized steel lattice structure with surface finish according to fire protection regulations and a plated cover on the outer façade. The wall structure of the service and service rooms is made of a sandwich panel mounted on a steel background frame. Doors and windows are made with increased air-locking and insulated design. The roof structure will be a flat roof insulation in a straight layer structure, with additional thermal insulation according to the standards in the heated places. In the rooms to be constructed, warm, semi-warm and cold floor coverings are made according to the function. Non-slip floor coverings are made in the wet rooms. In the wet rooms, tile cladding is made in other places, the interior surfaces will be equipped with multi-layered painting. The outer facade will be fitted with metal or wood cover.
