purpose of the project The target system of the project is structured as follows: Overall or long-term objective of the project: — increasing the population retention power of the municipality and — improving the ability of local actors to generate income. Specific or short-term objectives of the project: — improving local agricultural production conditions, — improving the business environment. The direct objectives include: — to improve marketing conditions to support local producers and farmers or entrepreneurs, — to promote the local market among local residents and tourists. The project aims to achieve the following indirect objectives: — to ensure the supply of local products to mass caterers, restaurants and accommodation and consumers, — to encourage the reduction of the unemployment rate and the increase in the activity rate. — (b) the technical and technical content of the project, together with the description of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities, shall be supported by A) local producers’ access to the local market, among the activities listed in point 3.1.1 which are individually eligible. 3.1.2 Of the optional activities that are not self-eligible, we implement the following: a) Acquisition of equipment necessary for development, helping local products to enter the market or mass catering. b) Increase the share of renewable energy sources. 3.1.3 Compulsory activities that are not self-eligible: a) Accessibility c) Energy efficiency measures d) Providing publicity Vasvár plays a prominent role in preserving the local culture of the region in the context of events, where the presentation of a wide range of products by local producers plays an important role. The aim is to spread as much as possible the consumption of healthy and high-quality small-scale products produced from domestic raw materials based on old traditions. Since the availability of these products is more related to the events in Vasvár, the Municipality of Vasvár would like to extend its weekly trade fair with the production market. The fair is located on the border of Vasvár in the area next to Highway 74. The area is currently a large gravel area with no infrastructure and therefore does not meet the public health and food standards required for the sale of certain foods. Thus, only a small number of retailers are present at the weekly fair. Last year there was an engine building in this area that was necessary for the treatment of thermal water. In order to ensure the necessary requirements for the operation of the local producer market, the Municipality of Vasvár provides its property under Hr. 2036 in Vasvár with full public utility within the framework of the tender, establishes a space-covered sales area for the producers on an area of 1 130.2 m², where the pavilions to be purchased would be installed, which is important for the hygienic sale of food, and a service building with a useful floor area of 85.53 m². In the building there is a toilet and water for the producers, a men’s, women’s and mobility-restricted sanitary facilities, and a storage room for cleaning equipment. At both ends of the building there will be a storage space of 16.80 m², which could also be used by the producers, and will store the equipment to be purchased by the Municipality within the framework of the tender. In addition to the building, we also provide a power outlet for the comfort of the producers. For people with reduced mobility, a parking space will be installed near the building, from which both the sales area and the toilet in the building will be accessible. (e.g. design of a ramp with two-sided handrails, provision of a paved surface, etc.) The service building is designed to fit the engine building on the property and the buildings of the nearby Vasvár bath, taking into account the environment and the landscape. The building is built with a buckled saddle roof and a masonry structure. The facade design of the building is adapted to existing buildings with white plaster, clin garden brick covering and wooden doors and tiles. — C) compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the notice 3.2. During the planning and implementation of the project, please note that the results of the project will have to meet the following requirements: a) In the course of development, at least an activity that can be independently supported shall be implemented.
