The aid application relates to the indicative allocation for the Nyírség tourist ring, Satu Mare-Bereg culture, Nyíri Mezőség tourist axis and Rétköz tourist axis as set out in point 1.2 of the Region-specific Annex to the call. The development of tourism in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County will take place in the coming years along an integrated development approach based on regional cooperation. The development of tourism networks can be found in several domestic development documents in the 2014-2020 programming period and is considered as a priority objective by the Territorial and Urban Development Operational Programme. The project entitled ‘Integrated development of the tourist offer of the Square — Development of the Built, Spiritual and Natural Heritage of Meadows for Tourism Purposes, Product Packages in the Meadow’ aims to create an independent, tourist product package. Rétköz, as a tourist destination, can be regarded as the territoriality, and the wide cooperation is ensured by a consortium of 8 organisations, which creates the organisational condition for integrated destination development. The consortium included specifically those organisations that have the attractiveness and properties that are essential for the tourism product development of the destination. A total of 7 feasibility sites are being developed under the project. The development of attractiveness was designed to take into account the needs of the target group, and we carried out primary research to this end. The development clearly contributes to increasing the breeding mortality of tourists, as the region’s attractive offer is expanding and more settlements are connected to the tourist circulation. The aim of the project is to: The aim of the development of the integrated destination is to enable efficient resource allocation and the cooperation of regional actors to create complex tourism products, thus small settlements with valuable attractiveness can also receive resources. The direct aim of the complex project to be presented is to position and strengthen the role of Rétköz as a tourist destination in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county tourism. Based on the natural, cultural, intellectual and recreational facilities of Rétköz, catalysing complex tourism product development in the region. Encourage the integration of tourism in the Rétközi region and become a single destination, and strengthen tourism cooperation at regional level. The long-term objective of the project is to promote the community, environmental and economic renewal of the Inter-Regional destination through the development of tourism. Enhance the strengthening of social, community and economic links for the tourist development of the region, and strengthen the identity of the Cross. The short-term goal of the project is to develop attractive networks and regional tourism packages based on existing cultural and natural conditions in the area of Rétköz, and to implement larger-scale attraction developments in order to develop the product range of the Rétköz destination. Another short-term goal is to strengthen the tourism role of Tisza in the tourism of Rétköz and the county. The Tisza, along the active tourism network connecting Rétköz, is developing the recreation possibilities of priority recreation areas, primarily by renewing the quality of free beaches, which complement in a complementary way the water tour stops in the framework of the GINOP. The short-term goals include saving the intellectual and cultural values of the meadow area, improving its presentation, and conscious positioning of Rétköz as a tourist destination, bringing it to the market and strengthening its marketing activity. The indirect objective of the project is to improve the economic, social and environmental status of Rétköz through a system of multiplier effects of tourism. The long-term objective of the project is to promote the community, environmental and economic renewal of the Inter-Regional destination through the development of tourism. Enhance the strengthening of social, community and economic links for the tourist development of the region, and strengthen the identity of the Cross.
