The aid application relates to the indicative allocation for the Nyírség tourist ring, Satu Mare-Beregi culture, Nyíri Mezőség tourist axis and Rétköz tourist axis as set out in point 1.2 of the Area-specific Annex to the call. The development of tourism in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County will take place in the coming years along an integrated development approach based on regional cooperation. The development of tourism networks can be found in several domestic development documents in the 2014-2020 programming period and is considered as a priority objective by the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme. The project entitled “Integrated development of the tourist offer of the Nyíri Mezőség — development of natural and cultural attractions and product packages in Nyíri Mezőség” aims to create an independent, tourist product package. The Nyíri Mezőség as a tourist destination can be regarded as the territoriality, and the wide-ranging cooperation is ensured by a consortium of 8 organisations, which creates the organisational condition for integrated destination development. The consortium included specifically those organisations that have the attractiveness and properties that are essential for the tourism product development of the destination. A total of 6 feasibility sites are being developed under the project. The project focuses on four areas: 1. The development of new attractions and attractive features by using the natural and cultural resources and conditions of the Nyíri Mezőság for tourist purposes; 2. Development of active tourism networks and services along the Tisza, primarily through the implementation of free beaches, water, fishing tourism and cycling friendly development; 3. Promoting tourism product development at destination level; 4. Encourage market positioning in the area. The aim of the project is to develop integrated destination development in order to enable efficient resource allocation, the cooperation of regional actors can lead to the creation of complex tourism products, thus smaller settlements with valuable attractiveness can also receive resources. The aim of the project is to develop local attractiveness and active tourism services for international and domestic tourism in the destination affected by two international Active Tourism Networks (Tisza and Eurovelo 11 international cycle path network). Promoting networking of tourist attractions along the cycling and water-based active tourism networks affecting the region. In order to increase the tourism competitiveness of the Nyíri Mezőság destination, implement regionally integrated developments and encourage the expansion of tourism cooperation by coordinating resources and developments. The aim of the project is to form and expand the independent tourist image and offer of Nyíri Mezőség, and to develop the tourism offer of the destination into a product package. As part of the project, the development of the complex tourism offer of the Nyíri Mezőság destination is realised along the Tisza and Eurovelo as international active tourism networks, building on the Szabolcs-Tiszalök-Tiszadob tourist axis. The aim of the project is to develop a product package at destination level by strengthening the tourist role of Szabolcs, Tiszalök and Tiszadob and by networking the tourist attractions of the region (Tiszavasvári, Tiszadada, Balsa). The indirect objective of the project is to improve the economic, social and environmental status of the Nyíri Mezőság through a system of multiplier effects of tourism. Presentation of self-eligible and ineligible activities The project is part of point D of the autonomous eligible activities of the call for proposals entitled Regional and Urban Development Operational Programme — Socially and environmentally sustainable tourism development, which aims at the creation of tourism product packages and the project (the elements of the project also meet the criteria set out in points A-C). The project would be implemented with the cooperation of 8 consortium members. The partners independently implement tourism development of cultural and heritage sites, ecotourism developments and active tourism related developments. Section 1.2 of the business plan describes the type of development at which location. Self-eligible activities for the entire project are HUF 554.698.960, which, taking into account the tender conditions, mainly include infrastructure investment elements and the soft elements of the project (preparation costs, costs of technical inspectors, project management, other professional services, etc.).
