The aim of the project is to implement a small-scale thematic tourism development in the two settlements by the consortium of Bük and Iklanberény Municipality. As part of the touristic utilisation and development of the cultural, built and natural heritage of local and regional importance, a bicycle path and pavement is built on the thermal road, installation element is built in the roundabout, a thematic interactive fairytale park is being prepared in the Deák park, and in the central part of Iklanberény the visitors can enjoy a cycling rest. As a result of the project, the current number of visitors of 870 000 will increase by at least 5 000, which is higher than the minimum indicator value. The development is intrinsically linked to existing attractions and developments in the GINOP (GINOP-7.1.3-15-2016-00001, Experiencetel Spa: Bükfürdő). The partnership required for the sustainable operation and integration of the resulting tourism product is ensured as described in the business plan. Within the framework of the project, the following activities will be carried out as detailed in the attached business plan: A) TURISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF REPORT CULTURAL AND Heritage Situations a) Creating new attractiveness building on the cultural features of the region, development of existing ones — Construction, renovation, expansion, exhibition and exhibition spaces, development of multifunctional premises related to the tourist utilisation and presentation of cultural heritage. — Technical developments, interactive presentation forms, which are elements of experience. — Creation and development of independent weather and specific supply (programme) elements of the target group. Deák Park Experience Park design: The development of a playground and rest area related to the development of the area known as the Deák park in Bük village, presenting locally collected folk tales. The development area is located in the south of the village of Bük, southeast of the railway station, 1.5 km from Bükfürdő and 2.2 km west of Bükfürdő. The triangular area designated for the playground is bounded by Jókai Street from the north, Deák Street from the East and the West. Access to the area is also possible from Deák and Jókai Street. Special attention shall be paid to the exposure of the site during the planning. It is proposed to enclose the design area bounded by roads from the three sides for safety reasons. The purpose of the design is to create a unique playground in accordance with the relevant MSZ EN 1176 and 1177 standard series, which offers an exciting, suitable movement opportunity for the visitors, guests, children and their attendants alike. With its unique design, it fits well with the image of the city of Bük and the theme of the playground. C) ACTIVE THIS REQUIREMENTS A) The development of cycling tourism is intended to develop the network of Bükfürdő cycle paths in the framework of this tender. As part of this project, you intend to build on the west side of the western branch of the Thermal Boulevard (bath overhead part) a common walking and cycling path, partly on the place of the existing pavement, partly in a green lane. The planning area consists of the western branch of Bükfürdő, Thermal Boulevard between 8634.j. Chejtoskál-Bük (hrs. 1341/1) and the northern branch of the Thermal Boulevard (1337/4hrs). The part of the street concerned by the project, the busiest street of Bükfürdő, is located next to the spa and the guests come from the apartments, as well as a bus turn with significant bus traffic at the beginning of the boulevard. E) INFORMATION OF TURISTIC INFORMATION AND SERVICES SERVICES TO THE REPORT TURITY TURITICATICAL AND SERVICES The tabling of information and information is provided in the life of KOMPLEX experience. According to the technical plans, 1 rainport will be built with earthwork, foundation, wooden support structure, sheet roofing and colored sheet covering, bordering, plank windscreen masonry. (A) Acquisition of equipment related to the creation of a tourist attraction is the purchase of Deák park equipment according to the attached design budget. In the framework of the purchase of Iklanberény equipment, 2 sets of pad-tables, 1 waste collector, 1 bacon oven, 8 person, 4 bench set, 1 piece of information board will be placed. The project does not belong to 314/2005. It does not fall within the scope of the Government Decree nor does it have climate risk.
