The implementation of this tender is intended to respond to the development needs that are primarily of local or regional importance. Tourism development represents an opportunity to prolong local residence, and thus, indirectly, has significant local-regional employment potential. As a result of the development, tourists will be able to spend longer in the area, and to meet their needs, tourist services can be provided with the involvement of private companies, which contribute to the development of the region by creating jobs. The action to be carried out under the call is set out in Article 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities — A) Tourism development of major cultural and heritage sites in the area — a) Creation of new attractiveness building on the cultural features of the region, development of existing ones. The attraction must be developed into a sustainable tourist attraction by exploiting the values of the built and intangible heritage, and extend it with elements that fit these values. The technical developments, the creation of interactive presentation forms, which are elements of the experience planned in the project, serve to achieve the stated goal. Call 3.1.2.1. The following shall be carried out on the basis of a point of mandatory ineligible activities: a) Marketing activity: business marketing and promotion related to the marketing of the developed tourist attraction. b) Accessibility — in section 3.4 of this call, based on accessibility conditions. c) Distribution of asbestos is not relevant. d) Energy efficiency measures. e) Providing publicity — based on Chapter 10 of the ÁÚF document. f) Installation of basic charging infrastructure for the use of electric vehicles in the environment of the investment is not relevant. Call 3.1.2.2. On the basis of the points of optional, ineligible activities,-a) Acquisition of equipment directly related to the establishment of the tourist attraction defined in point 3.1.1 of the call and l) The implementation of family- and child-friendly project elements related to the developed tourist attraction — an open-air children’s playground will also be established. The project complies with the Call 3.4.1. Technical and professional content requirements as described in the chapter. In determining the technical and professional content to be implemented, it has been taken into account that it is based on a realistic business plan and is sustainable in the long term, tailored to the needs of the target group, contributing to the increase in spending per tourist and to the increase in the number of visitors. The project to be developed is linked to other tourism services and to existing attractions. The development is in line with the objectives of the call and the development meets or contributes to the objectives set out in the call.The project includes at least one self-eligible activity. Compliance with and alignment with the selection criteria set out in the relevant county area-specific annex and with the territorial selection criteria set out in the relevant Integrated Territorial Programme — will be explained in a textual form in the underlying document. The planned development has a demonstrable economic development effect in the area concerned, which is presented in the business plan. The project does not fall under the exclusion grounds listed in point 4.2 of the Call for aid. The subject of the development has a real tourist attraction and the investment is justified in the knowledge of the planned/expected results. The necessary professional and organisational background is provided for the implementation of the planned development, including the project management organisation. The supply structure is thought-out, does not contain ineligible elements, and is supported in sufficient detail, the resulting functions and tourism services have been developed in an innovative way taking into account the available technological solutions. The development and its technical content are fully, verifiable and supported by a designer’s survey. As part of the development, we plan to build a boating lake around the castle in the settlement, in the place of the original castles, the bridge is built in 4 places above the lake. We intend to acquire tangible equipment (railway, boat, slipway wagon, waterbike, warship model, VR glasses, tablet, playground games, interactive photo studio) and intangible assets (software for VR glasses). The study of the development vision describes all investment elements/activities of development, all the necessary preparatory steps and the time needed for them. The structuring of each activity is logical. Further detailed technical content of the development will be explained in the relevant chapters of the underlying business plan due to the capping of available characters.
