The long-term goal of the project is to contribute to the development of a Nature Park in connection with the Lázbérc Landscape Protection Area, which includes interactive presentation of natural and cultural values, the development and marketing of tourism infrastructure and local products. The direct objective of the project is to provide places presenting the unique cultural and natural values of the region in the vicinity of Lake Lázbérci, along the E side of Bükk, along hiking and cycling routes, related active recreation areas are created. The call 3.1.1/D provides a series of regional tourism products with small-scale thematic development in 4 settlements (Dédestapolcsány,Tardona,Mályinka,Kazincbarcika). In addition to connecting the settlements and attractions by walking and cycling routes, in addition to the attractions to be established, so-called motion coordination play tools are also installed, which are free and free of charge for all ages. The devices to be installed thematically form the first region of the country’s motoric park in cooperation with the neighbouring villages of Pitypalatty Valley. A resting point will be created. The facility will operate with renewable energy. From an abandoned fire service building in Mályinka, a visitor centre for traditional forestry crafts and wildlife in the area is set up, along with a parking and movement coordination playground. As an ÖKOTURISTIKIAL development, the educational path from the visitor centre to the existing lookout point, presenting the wildlife of the region, will be completed and will be available digitally. in the framework of which the Jókai House will be expanded, which, as the guardian of the Jókai cult, offers visitors a unique attraction. As part of the modernisation of the building, the insulation of the building, the upgrading of the building, and the creation of a new exhibition-creating-community space will be completed. The presentation of literary monuments by interactive means, which tracks the sites of the former hiding places of Jókai in the region, will be realised, legends. As a result of the development, the building will be used throughout the year and will accommodate group art sessions. Not far from the Jókai house, a movement coordination playground will be implemented in the grove area, which hosts local events in the settlement centre. as well as for fishing and recreation, there are piers for fishing and recreation. One of the sub-centres of the Motorikpark region is established in the groves around the lake. The new tourist attractions will be visited all year round. Our goal group, since families, school groups and older people can approach the sights by bike and on foot. The attractiveness is not only for those living in the area (Miskolc, Eger) but also for tourists (e.g. Lillafüred, Szilvásvárad, Aggtelek).Infrastructural improvements will be barrier-free and will take care of selective waste collection everywhere. At the end of the first full calendar year following the completion of the project, the number of visitors expected during the project is no less than 2850 visitors. There is a tourist tax in all settlements, in respect of which the municipalities undertake to use the state supplement of the IFA during the maintenance period for touristic purposes (operation of information office and tourist attraction, region marketing, high-profile event). The municipalities together with neighbouring municipalities will set up a TDM organisation until the project is closed. In the 4 settlements there are many different categories of accommodation (448 places in 2016, 40 % of which are hotel places) and catering places for visitors. In 2016 tourists spent 32.425 guest nights in the area, which will grow as a result of the development, as they are possibilities to extend the period of stay in the area. These are multipliers for stimulating the local economy. The souvenirs are obtained from SMEs and members of the Sajómenti Folk Art Association. We cooperate with partner organisations in marketing, and with the settlements of the Pitypalatty area, where they plan to develop active, cultural and cultural tourism with similar objectives. The 2 regions plan a joint marketing appearance along the interconnectable cycling, walking tourist routes and similar attractions. Tourism experts have been involved in the preparation, development and development of the professional content of the project, which will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the project.
