Development of Kiskőrös crèche

(-a) the objective of the project: Targeted support for investments in crèche institutions (infrastructure and asset development) in order to provide the necessary conditions for the creation of quality education. By supporting the development of institutions in municipalities with demographically growing or stagnating populations and the development of institutions with a high number of disadvantaged children, social cohesion, equal opportunities and the creation of a modern crèche in the region contribute to the region’s long-term competitiveness. With the planned development, primary care improves the comfort and working conditions of both users and workers. Milestones Increasing the capacity of municipalities to retain the population by developing crèches and the retention opportunities of young, skilled workers. Develop rational and cost-effective functioning of public services based on local needs and settlement structures. Supporting the tools and infrastructure investments needed to create a modern and rationally designed development environment and to acquire competitive knowledge. To acquire the basic competences and knowledge needed to acquire competitive knowledge and to improve the provision of tools for children in crèche institutions in order to develop key competences for children. Our development contributes to the realisation of social cohesion in the region, as it promotes integrated education, thereby developing tolerance in children at an early stage of development. At the same time, it helps to develop the rational and cost-effective operation of public services based on settlement structure by modernising and developing the city’s tasks in accordance with its educational strategy. Specific objectives? Modernising the material assets of the crèche so that the quality of education can not only be maintained but also increased. Striving for complexity: the development should support the pedagogical reform processes — b) the technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities: Self-eligible activities: — Purchase of equipment (furniture, kindergarten games, development tools) — Building renovation (washroom, toilet, outdoor renovation) Purchase of equipment: — Kitchen equipment (dishwasher) Involuntary non-eligible activity: — Installation of an outdoor “shower” -c) compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call: The project promoter shall comply with the environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project, shall preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project, and shall terminate the environmental damage existing or resulting from the investment and the non-compliance with the law in terms of equal opportunities at the latest at the time of the implementation of the project. In public events, communication and behaviour related to development, the project promoter expresses a sense of opportunity requiring support: it does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups. The project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no impact on energy use, environmental status of the project environment, water status and climate change, on which the developer submitted a declaration, which is attached to the surface. In the case of infrastructure developments, when designing transport connections, facilities and use of space are designed to take into account and enforce the principles of universal design, i.e. the needs of women and men, the needs of the elderly, the disabled and children, and show how. When constructing/renovating a building/part of a building that performs community functions and/or manages customer flows and/or works on a permanent basis, the developer shall use proportionate accessibility to the project. In the case of ICT developments, the applicant uses ICT accessibility. The applicant has a local equal opportunities programme in accordance with Section 31(6) of Act CXXV of 2003 on Equal Treatment and Promotion of Equal Opportunities. — D) compliance with the conditions laid down in the substantive assessment criteria of the call: The planned investment will contribute to the return to the labour market of young children, in particular parents with children under the age of 3, thereby increasing employment and/or improving access to kindergarten care. The subject of the aid application and the subject-matter of the aid application are not covered by the grounds for exclusion set out in point 4.2 of the Notice and in the document entitled ‘GIP’. The planned investment will contribute to the elimination of scarce capacities and overcrowding and will take into account future needs. The development is in line with the objectives of the call and meets and contributes to the objectives set out in the call. In the project
