By supporting the development of institutions in municipalities with demographically growing or stagnating populations and the development of institutions with a high number of disadvantaged children, social cohesion, equal opportunities and the creation of modern schools in the region contribute to the region’s long-term competitiveness. Milestones Through the barrier-free development of public education institutions, increasing the capacity of municipalities to retain their population and the retention opportunities of young, skilled workers. Develop rational and cost-effective functioning of public services based on local needs and settlement structures. Support the tools and infrastructure investments needed to create a modern and rationally designed learning environment and to acquire competitive knowledge. Targeted support for barrier-free infrastructure investments by public education institutions, in particular those with demographically growing or stagnating children, and public education institutions with a high number of disadvantaged children. To acquire the basic competences and knowledge needed to acquire competitive knowledge and to improve the equipping of public education institutions to develop key competences for learners. Reducing the territorial disparities in the quality of education mainly in institutions with modern IT and special educational needs (SNI) children without tools for the training and development of children, as well as in public education institutions that take up and currently provide integrated education for disadvantaged and special needs pupils. In addition to equal access, the planned seamless development of our institution aims to ensure in the long term the state-of-the-art institutional conditions for the foundation of competitive knowledge available to all. Our development contributes to the realisation of social cohesion in the region, as it promotes integrated education, thereby developing tolerance in children at an early stage of development. At the same time, it helps to develop the rational and cost-effective operation of public services based on settlement structure by modernising and developing the city’s tasks in accordance with its educational strategy. Specific objectives? Modern and unobstructed design of a kindergarten environment. Energy-saving, environmentally friendly building engineering design of the kindergarten environment. Ending the accident-threatening state of the nursery environment? The establishment of an adequate number of rooms and functions required by the Regulation for quality instructor-educational work. Modernising the material assets of the kindergarten so that the quality of education can not only be maintained but also increased.
