DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT IS THE AIM OF THE PROJECT: The project will be implemented in the village of Vilmány, the village of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county in Gönci district. The current population of the settlement is 1 492. The aim of the project is to improve access to basic child welfare care in Vilmány, as well as to the kindergarten by improving the infrastructure quality of the services. The main objective is to support the employment of young children, thus helping families at an early age in these most disadvantaged areas. The direct objective of the project is to contribute to the increase of the result indicator of measure TOP-1.4 “Women in employment in the 25-40-year-old female population”. As a result, the project, in line with the European Commission’s country-specific recommendations, directly promotes women’s participation in the labour market by increasing the capacity and quality of services provided by small children. TECHNICAL AND TECHNICAL CONTENT OF THE PROJECT: The following eligible activities are included in the planned development. Extension of the kindergarten and construction of a crèche. Self-eligible activities — Investment elements planned within the infrastructure development of an institution/service: extension, refurbishment, renovation (including building engineering, development of cooking kitchens or heating kitchens); the creation of new seats or the establishment of a new site/service/task place; garden, playground refurbishment? Gym room design? development and development of socialisation, mobility development and development rooms, spaces providing opportunities for leisure programs; Self-eligible activities — Activities planned for the purchase of equipment: the purchase of furniture and other furniture and equipment directly related to the service; acquisition of IT equipment, equipment, ICT tools, wireless technologies. Among the optional activities that are not eligible individually, the following activities are included in the project plan: the development of a minimum number of parking spaces and accessible parking places provided for in the current legislation. use of renewable energy sources (solar collectors). In the settlement the educational work is carried out in a kindergarten institution, in which there are currently three group rooms, which are currently being extended by a group room, and currently no crèche care is being carried out. The kindergarten group rooms are suitable for the accommodation of 25 children, and currently there are 75 children. The current kindergarten building is currently being expanded, but due to the applicant’s needs, it is necessary to extend the building by an additional group room. Another activity is the renovation of the existing kindergarten building. A new crèche institution with a total capacity of 24 places is also set up at the place of assignment. The construction costs have been broken down as specified in point 5.6 of the Call. Internal barriers are not compromised. The kindergarten function of the existing and extended building complex located on 357 HSZ fully exhausts the possibility of installing the property, both as a percentage of the installation and in respect of the necessary green surface, parking and playground. On the basis of the decision of the representative body, for the plot of land 357 (the purchase is not included in the cost of the present project), the land on the southern side of the hrsz 356 will be purchased from the owner, for which a pre-contract has already been concluded.
