Detailed professional content of the development: a) Objective of the project Overall objective: In the town of Vasvár, in the district to be developed, the solution of the care and day care of children under the age of three through the establishment and operation of two group crèches, thus helping parents with young children to return to the labour market, increasing the proportion of women in the female population aged 25-40. Specific objectives: 1) Establishing a high-quality service unit that provides as a core activity intraday care for a child aged 0-3 years in the framework of the primary care. 2) In Vasvár, day care for children under the age of three, and the promotion of harmonious physical and mental development, taking into account age and individual characteristics. 3) Promoting the return of parents with young children to the labour market, supporting the background conditions for flexible work (in addition to CSED, GYES) 4) Increasing the proportion of women in employment in the 25-40-year-old female population in the Vasvár district. 1) Establishment and operation of 2 group, 20-seat crèche units 2) 1 renovated and refurbished building — taking into account accessibility, environmental awareness and energy saving, 3) 3 parking spaces and 1 disabled parking lot. 4) Acquisition of equipment and furniture worth HUF 2.825.382, which ensures high quality care for young children and proper working conditions. 5) Number of new jobs created: 6 persons b) the technical and technical content of the project, together with the description of the selected independently eligible and ineligible activities 3.1.1 Self-eligible activities A) Infrastructure development of an institution/service, including: extension, refurbishment, renovation (including building engineering, development of cooking kitchens or heating kitchens): The main activity of the project is to transform the pre-school site in Vasvár under No. 11 Béke utca into two group crèches, covering the inner courtyard and refurbishing the building b) creating new places for 2 groups, 20-seat crèche units. B) Acquisition of equipment: furniture and other furnishings (e.g.: kitchen appliances; courtyard games; street furniture; toy storage), devices (e.g.: kitchen utensils; development tools) directly related to the service; Within the framework of the project, equipment will be purchased in order to create the minimum conditions for crèche care. 3.1.2 Optional activities that are not self-eligible (c) the development of a minimum number of parking spaces and accessible parking spaces as required by the legislation in force. In order to comply with the OTÉK, 4 parking spaces will be created within the framework of the project, one of which is barrier-free. (f) the use of renewable energy sources.
