The overall objective of the project is to provide a suitable institutional environment for children in the village of Keszü during the day, to create new places, three group crèches with separate cooking kitchens in the village of Keszü. The aim is also to help the parents and mothers concerned work, thereby helping families live. In addition to the care, upbringing, education and physical and mental development of children under the age of three, the aim of the institution being created is to provide support services for family education, to provide disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged children and children with disabilities and special educational needs, to provide flexible opening hours. According to the technical and technical content of the project, the planned investment will be carried out in Keszü village by remodeling and expanding the property (169/7 hrsz) at Petőfi Sándor utca 156. The property was purchased for this purpose by the Municipality in 2016, as the municipality did not have a building suitable for institutional function or an institutional area on the basis of its current settlement plan. In the municipality, the above-mentioned property was the only suitable (and available) building to fulfil the institutional function, which can be achieved by remodeling and expanding the current building. The building is located in the centre of the village, at the entrance of the new housing estate. Easily accessible, the necessary number of parking spaces can be built in the area in front of the building. The plot currently consists of a residential building and an outbuilding with a ground floor+top area. During the investment, the ground floor and the rooftop of the building will be refurbished and the existing building will expand in the east and south. The planned investment does not concern a conservation value or a protected area. Quantified parameters of the planned infrastructure investment: The property has an area of 2 401 m², of which 47.8 % is green. Existing floor area of the building: 196.65 m² with a planned floor area of 672.38 m² gross. In the building the floor area of the crèche employers is 51 m². Size of the gym room in the building: 60.00 m². Number of parking areas to be constructed according to Annex 4 of the OTÉK: 8 pcs. On the ground floor of the building, three crèche group rooms are set up, with children’s toilets and changing rooms. Separate grouproom units open from a common foreground. From here you can access the gym room (sports room), general equipment, logo therapist, staff and accessible toilet. Changing rooms and board rooms can be accessed through the stairs leading to the attic. The 50-dose cooking kitchen is set up in conjunction with the building, but separately from it. The farm entrance is located on the south side of the building. The entrance halls can be accessed through the locker block, the dish receiving and the food publisher, the warehouses, the preparation, the kitchen and the office. Within the kitchen area, a milk kitchen will be set up, the kitchen and white sink will be connected to the A-cradle unit through the road. The institution will be set up in a barrier-free manner. Accessible from the parking lot to be built in the yard through the ramp in front of the entrance, the ground floor rooms are also accessible and usable. On the ground floor of the building there will be a handicapped toilet. There is no room design in the attic that cannot be replaced by an unobstructed design on the ground floor. Independently eligible activities selected in the project: B) Creation of a new crèche service 2) refurbishment of an existing building; 3) expansion of existing buildings; The mandatory activities to be carried out in accordance with point 3.1.2.1 of the Call have been taken into account during the planning, and we comply with the public requirements. Among the optional, ineligible activities, the following are planned: 1)Procurement of equipment, including: furniture and other furnishings (e.g.: kitchen appliances; courtyard games; street furniture; toy storage), devices (e.g.: kitchen utensils; development tools) directly related to the service; B) Acquisition of IT equipment, equipment, ICT tools, wireless technologies 2) Establishment of renewable energy sources (solar supply) 3) Establishment of a service beyond the basic tasks of the crèche forms (only play group and periodic childcare) 4) Renovation and design of a court, playground (e.g.: construction and repair of fences, gardens; development and enhancement of green areas). 7) Developing parking places and barrier-free parking places, designing 10) Developing and developing penetrating, camera and alarm systems.
