The aim of our project is to help families by increasing the employment opportunities of young children and improving their quality of life. This can be achieved by providing with the new crèche that we want to create a place for small children from families where it is vital that parents return to the labour market. We help them to improve their living conditions. The Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény wishes to reorganise an existing kindergarten to provide crèche care by reorganising the kindergarten into a multi-purpose institution. In our city, one institution — located in the city centre — provides crèche care, the City Cradle, where 74 children can be accommodated at present and is mostly used with maximum utilisation. The new crèche will be set up in an external part of the city called Venkert, a part of which more and more young couples will choose as their homes due to lower real estate prices. Thus, a higher rate of increase in the number of children is expected here. The Vénkert is one of the outskirts of the city, so because of the long distance from the city centre, poorer (possibly disadvantaged) families who do not have their own vehicles or bikes with child seats cannot bring their children to the City Cradle in the centre. In the kindergarten, to which we wish to connect the crèche, there are currently several young children under the age of 3. By creating a crèche, we can provide these children with a better environment and better access to the crèche itself for those who live away from the existing crèche. We will also be able to grant requests for crèche accommodation expected to increase in the coming years. The Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény plans to create a crèche for 14 people. The property under No. 8120. No. 68 Dobó István utca, 4220 Hajdúböszörmény, currently operates the Dobó István street branch of the Starvár Kindergarten. The Municipality intends to extend the existing educational building by a crèche building in accordance with the energy legislation. The planned crèche building, connected to the existing 2 employer kindergartens, will be accommodated in a freestanding installation mode. The existing kindergarten and the planned crèche are connected with a passageway. On the ground floor, the crèche rooms are built to serve the number of crèches. On the floor, the service rooms of the staff are located. Accessibility of the floor is not required. The passenger traffic entrance of the crèche building takes place from Dobó István Street through the planned front garden. Incoming parents and nurseries arrive in the building through a covered entrance through the planned windscreen. Temporary storage of the baby carriage is possible in the windscreen. The planned staircase is connected to the windscreen, which ensures access to the floor. The ground-floor passage opens service rooms such as a toy warehouse, cleaning goods warehouse, consumables warehouse, and heating kitchens. The occupant has a separate economic entrance to the kitchen. The food prepared in the central kitchen for the 14 people’s nursery arrives through this economic entrance and the food waste is transported at this exit after working hours. The accessible toilet from the road user provides the toilet-wc room required for parents. The children’s dressing room and the group room are opened from the lobby on the ground floor. The children’s dressing room is connected to the bathing and potting room. The group room has a partly covered and partly open terrace. In the case of an uncovered terrace, a pull-out sunscreen shall be installed on the façade. The general warehouse opens from the group room, where children’s toys, sofas, bed linen and textiles are stored. From the covered terrace opens the garden toilet room and garden toy and mattress storage. Heating of the building is provided by radiator central heating system from the 35 KW turbo gas boiler in the general warehouse. The hot water is produced with a gas boiler with a capacity of 30 KW in the cleaning product storage room. Next to the main entrance, the staircase is connected to the windscreen, from which the upstairs rooms can be reached. The driver’s office, the carer’s room, the archives and the staff changing room are placed open from the road. A separate toilet and shower-washroom are set up in the dressing room. Consultation with parents is ensured in the logo therapist in the kindergarten building, so it is not necessary to make the floor accessible. Cleaning equipment is stored in the ground floor cleaning equipment storage room and in the cleaning equipment storage room in the upstairs corridor room. A total of 4 parking spaces are installed on the property, 1 of which is accessible.
