The problem to be solved at regional and municipal level is the provision of childcare facilities for children aged 0-3 years. It is particularly important to address the fundamental problems arising from the social background among disadvantaged children in a municipality without crèches. Full institutional care for children on the ground could be ensured through the establishment of a crèche service complementing the kindergarten care. The municipality cannot solve the above problems solely on its own initiative. The solution to this insurmountable situation is the present tender opportunity. As a result of the above, the municipality decided to build a new crèche by merging the property it owns on land number 441, 436, 442/2 and 421/1. The idea is that a two-group crèche would be built here, which would be economically feasible by using the proximity of the central cooking kitchen nearby, and we will only build a heating kitchen in the building. The total size of the plots covered by the planning is 3.348 m² and is recorded in the land register as “occupied dwellings”. There are currently two buildings on the plots, the demolition of which is part of the project. The plots are of sufficient size to accommodate the two planned group crèches in a new, separate building.
