Environmentally conscious and economic-enhancing developments

Matching objectives: The development contributes to the objectives set out in the Integrated Territorial Programme of BAZ County, the detailed presentation of which is included in the study of the Professional Foundation.The planned project will be carried out in the municipality of the Beneficiary District to be developed on the basis of Annex 290/2014.(XI.26.)Korm.end.3. The development includes awareness-raising and dissemination activities that contribute to the equalisation of social and social differences in BAZ county, which was presented in the preparatory studies of the project. Location of development: City centre action area. Its delimitation can be found in ITS,ATT and the Feasibility Study. Detailed professional content of the development: Call 3.1.1. (A) Main activity A) Main activity — creation of a green city (a) increasing the area of plants, habitats and biodiversity, reconstructing the plant stock of the green surface, removing weed control/sick trees as a one-off intervention, and care (c) urban climate, heat island shielding deciduous, climate-tolerant tree lines, shrubbands, multi-level green surfaces d) urban active recreational green areas (urban educational path, course track, runway, dog runner, playground, outdoor gymnastics, etc.); the development of new green spaces (urban farm, community garden, school garden, etc.) to support active urban community farming; B) Main activity — the renewal of the areas and buildings belonging to the action area in a climate-conscious and energy-efficient way in order to ensure the sustainable operation of buildings and facilities that are owned by the majority government or which are owned by majority governments or majority ownership at the latest by the fulfilment of the relevant milestone, and which are owned by the consortium partner, in order to ensure their sustainable operation. I. As an economic recovery activity: a) renewal and conversion of commercial and/or service spaces owned by a municipality or a consortium partner (b) renewal of a market area for local products (urban, local market, market hall), revitalisation of related areas and acquisition of tangible assets necessary for the core operation; C) renovation and utilisation of a building with a view to economic recovery, which is under-used or is not used by a majority municipality: 1. Establishment of commercial and/or service spaces and acquisition of physical equipment necessary for the basic operation of the building Call 3.1.2. Optional activities that are not eligible on its own (A) relating to the main activity: (i)the purchase of equipment necessary for the proper use of the area (installation of environmental, quality street furniture, etc.) In relation to all the main activities: 2. In connection with the renewal of land and buildings owned by local government-owned or majority-owned enterprises, irrespective of the nature of the use, the surface, open and underground parking spaces required by law may be renewed or developed, provided that the intervention is not carried out by using or remodeling a green area. 3. a.) refurbishment of pavements, pedestrian bridges, large structures suitable for walking and cycling only, construction 3. d) refurbishment of the road surface ensuring the accessibility and interoperability of the green surface 4. Installation of a basic charging infrastructure for the use of electric vehicles in case of construction or renovation, taking into account the rules in point 29 of Chapter 3.2 of the Call. 5. Construction and modernisation of state-of-the-art energy-saving public lighting owned or acquired by local governments, the placing of electrical networks and telecommunications overhead lines below the orderly terrain level with regard to the renewal of the green area in the action area 3.1.3 Compulsory activities that are not self-eligible (a)Energy efficiency measures b)Exemption of scattered asbestos is not relevant. C)Accessibility d)Providing publicity on the basis of Chapter 10 of the ÁÚFc. (e)Partnership planning f)soft elements complementing infrastructure and investment-related developments
