“Mátészalka the City of Light”

It is intended to use the indicative amount allocated to county district centers in point 1.2 of the Area-Specific Annex to the Call. The project has no foreseeable climate risks. a) The aim of the project is to implement developments for the renovation of parts of the city center within the affected action area: • One of the sub-objectives of the development is the construction of the infrastructure necessary for economic recovery activities - Marketplace. • The other sub-goal of the development is the arrangement and reconstruction of the green area of László Szalkay Square as a community space. • The third sub-goal of the development is the arrangement of the green area of the Relief Park b) Activities: A) Reconstruction of the urban green infrastructure network in the designated action area: Establishment and renewal of a green area in László Szalkay Square. C) Main activity: construction of a service building owned by the municipality or a municipal majority-owned company in the action area The following activities can be implemented as economic recovery activities: a) creation of a market area for local products (city, local market, market hall) and acquisition of tangible assets; Optional activities that cannot be supported independently Reconstruction of roads, sidewalks, car parks Reconstruction Electrical installation, candelabra public lighting Reconstruction of street furniture, landmarks Design of outdoor recreation facilities and provision of solar protection Partnership planning Presentation of the planned soft activities Within the framework of the project, the municipality intends to implement a program to develop the image and identity of the settlement c) Fulfillment of the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call: The principles of universal planning were taken into account. The location of the planned development is the action area according to ITS. The ICT has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the methodological guide. The construction costs have been determined on the basis of the EQF.
