Inland water protection development in Jászapáti

In this project we plan Bakeli 2. Dredging of lake (No 3) to the bottom level of 89,75 mBf, with a 1:2 glazing design. The formation of an aqueous layer of clay. Furthermore, the excavation of Lake Panna (No. 4) to 89,00 mBf bottom level, with a 1:2 glazing design. The construction of the clay-tight layer and the dredging of Lake Bakelit 1 to 89,75 mBf, with a 1:2 glazing. The formation of an aqueous layer of clay. The topographic numbers concerned by the development are as follows: 2364/1, 3379, 3552/1, 1453/1, 1453/2. The project has no foreseeable climate risk. Without the investment, rainwater gathering in the settlement can cause inland waters. With the realisation of the investment, it will be possible to collect and at the same time retain inland rainwater in the affected areas. The dredging of the lakes makes it possible to regulate the transport of the inland drainage channel in the outskirts by retaining and damming the accumulated precipitation water. Within the framework of the project, B) Developing and reconstructing reservoirs for the purpose of water damage prevention and retention will be carried out for the protection of the inland area. Mandatory publicity and awareness-raising are implemented among the activities that are not eligible independently and are carried out on a mandatory basis. At least one self-eligible activity will be carried out under the project. The development is in line with the river basin management plan. The environmental impact assessment is not relevant The project is not carried out in a greenfield area. The value of the protected built environment exceeds the value of the investment. The necessary other documents will be submitted by milestone 1. Cost-benefit analysis is not relevant The applicant has a Local Equal Opportunities Programme and undertakes to comply with the equal opportunities rules The applicant undertakes to implement the mandatory awareness-raising actions. The substantive assessment criteria set out in the call 1. Fit the objectives of the TOP The project meets all points 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. 2. The assessment of the situation shall include a general description of the area affected by the development in an appropriate manner. The value of the built environment in the protected area exceeds the eligible cost of the project. The development also concerns an area with high groundwater status. The development does not concern a natural bathing area. Based on the planned technical solutions, the protection of the designated areas is ensured The development is carried out in an integrated way, and the well-defined part of the settlement is affected. Development contributes to the solution or reduction of environmental problems caused by changes caused by natural or unreasonable human interventions. 3. The need for development is justified, the implementation of the project is justified. 4. A risk management strategy has been prepared and all investment elements of the development have been presented. 5. Project complexity Visualisation was also designed for the applied technical solution for water retention, delayed derivation; enabling local infiltration to be facilitated. 6. Impact The development is carried out by the Municipality of Jászapáti Municipality and affects the protection of land-use areas. 7. Integrated approach Development fits with other measures of the TOP and projects under other operational programmes. 8. Sustainability The institutional and technical background of the long-term maintenance of the planned activity (at least 5 years) is presented and the municipality is able to provide operational, replacement and maintenance costs. 9. Undertakes to involve local disadvantaged residents in construction works requiring equal opportunities support. 10. Cost-effectiveness The investment is planned in a cost-effective manner with a realistic and cost-efficient budget. 11. Effectiveness Indicator commitments are in line with development and the applicant undertakes for relevant indicators. The degree of integration of the implemented development can be demonstrated in relation to the current Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Regional Development Programme. According to the Pálfai Vulnerabilities Index, Jászapáti is highly vulnerable. The development takes place in the district of Jászapáti, which is considered a district to be developed with a complex program. Contribution to economic growth The development carried out does not serve to protect the area used for economic land use as defined in the urban planning plan. Contribution to job creation The beneficiary undertakes to involve at least 6 disadvantaged local residents in the construction works.
