Detailed professional content of the development: the objective of the project: In Vasvár City, Professor Csokonai, Járdányi, Hármashegy III. and Szentmihályfalvi-Buda Nagy Antal Streets are the solution of the drainage of rainwater, thereby reducing and preventing environmental and economic damage. B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities: Self-eligible activities: Within point 3.1.1, A) of the call for proposals, activities (a) will be implemented as follows: A) Developing and reconstructing a drainage network for the protection of the inland area, taking into account the objectives of rainwater management. (a) refurbishment, reconstruction and construction of flooding systems, drainage systems, collecting shafts, drainage ditches and other structures and transferers forming part of the drainage system that are justified for the protection of the inland area and are not self-eligible activities: The activities referred to in point 3.1.2, point (f) of the call for proposals will be implemented as follows: B) the restoration of the road network, pavement, pavement, doorway, parking area with the same type of pavement as before the investment, the reconstruction and extension of recesses directly affected by the construction of a rain canal network. f) construction, refurbishment, reconstruction and reconstruction of intersectional structures, if justified. Description of the detailed technical content of the project: Need for improvement: The Municipality of Vasvár as Authorised commissioned a planning company to prepare plans for the construction of water rights in the rainwater drainage network of Vasvár. On the professional proposal of a design company, this tender included the drainage of the streets where the problems are most urgent and the industrial area to be developed. The streets affected by the design area have surface drainage networks, which are made up of open, earth-bedded trenches and closed rain canals. The final recipient of the rainwaters on the surface is the stream of Szentkút (Csipkés) for the streets of Járdányi — Csokonai — Szentmihályfalvi and Budai, and the Csörnöc-Herpenyő watercourse in the case of Hármashegy III. street. The design area also affects the lower section of Prof. Járdányi street. The closed rain canal on the east side of the street leads down the rainwaters from most of the city center. During the construction of the refuelling station at the mouth of main roads 74 and 8, the section of the open ditch containing the closed rain canal was narrowed, so due to the limited run-off conditions, the groundbed ditch has been continuously replenished in recent years. As a result, it is no longer capable of draining large waters in the closed rain canal and causing swelling in the canal. Due to the rebugging, water spills on the canal lids, causing harmful evacuations in the deeper vocational school and plant areas. As regards the streets of Szentmihályfalvi and Budai, the existing rain canal O60 b transports rainwaters in the area of Sándor Petőfi and Peace streets. The Municipality recently carried out a camera inspection of the city’s existing gravitational rainwater drainage network. According to the video footage of the survey, the rain canal on the streets of Szentmihályfalvi and Budai has deteriorated very much. Based on the idea of the Municipality, it would gradually build/renovate rainwater drainage channels throughout the city and equip the interconnecting ditches, which are currently ground-bedded, with bed cover. In order to eliminate soil erosion due to the sandy subsoil, a larger amount of rainwater will be transported by the enveloped ditch, so the larger water volumes will also be expected for Petőfi Street. The discharge of these increased quantities of water into the receiving watercourse can only be ensured by making the lower sections suitable for draining the waters. The present state of the existing rain canal is not suitable for solving this task, so its reconstruction is essential for the successful implementation of the developments. In Csokonai Street, the existing rainwater drainage ditches are uncovered trenches. The ditches and the passages of the gateways have been heavily replenished in some places, which can be burdened with a large amount of rainwater from the outskirts of the south of the city. The street trench network is also intended to drain the rainwaters of the industrial area at the eastern end of the street. The rainwaters delivered by the closed sewerage network are currently only discharged to the terrain in the upper part of the street, and then flowing down and through the pavement along the “horhos” route to the existing ditch network. In the 3 rd Street of Hármashegy there is only a ground-bed, one-sided trench, which forms the drainage network of the rainwater, which was built on the west side of the st...
